Message Hello, I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I paid $365 for my glasses, and after only four days, both lenses already had scratches. The glasses were never dropped or damaged. I understand that I did not purchase a protection plan, but I’m concerned that both lenses scratched so quickly under normal use. I would like the lenses to be inspected and would appreciate a review of whether this could be a lens quality or manufacturing issue. I’m asking for a reasonable solution, such as replacing the lenses or providing another appropriate resolution. I would really appreciate your help. I don't recommend no one to go there

Had my 1st experience getting my son an eye exam and glasses and would not want to go anywhere else. They were informative and polite about cost and billing breakdown. They were patient and helped work with my son to find a frame he really liked.

Fast and easy

This was my first time at a free standing Warby Parker. I have 2 pairs already and I love not having to go to a mall to shop. Great store. I went the first time to check it out and ended up with a list of frames i liked that were saved to my account and emailed to me. Second visit i brought my prescription and purchased progressive sunglasses! I love buying Warby Parker RX sunglasses.

The variety of glasses and sunglasses with fair prices and amazing options. From advisor to Dr Weston provided excellent service, knowledgeable and professional. You feel welcome and all the staff were polite. My insurance is out of network but I continued purchasing my glasses and sunglasses there because of service and high quality products. Highly recommended.

Went to Warby Parker with an appointment. They were very prompt and on time. Staff is very professional and nice. Doctor takes her time with you and is very thorough and patient. This was my third time with Warby Parker, second time for this location. I will continue to go here and definitely will recommend them to family and friends.

Complete Failure of Customer Service: A Total Nightmare I am utterly outraged and disgusted by the abysmal treatment I experienced this morning. Your sophisticated branding and marketing raised the bar for me, making me expect a premium experience. Today, I learned firsthand that it is all a total lie. For two weeks, I was bombarded with automated reminders threatening that a five-minute delay would forfeit my appointment. I respected your time and arrived 15 minutes before the doors opened for the first slot of the day. You, however, showed absolute contempt for mine and wasted my entire morning dealing with pure incompetence. When booking, I explicitly provided my insurance on the form offered once the appointment was set. Yet, your staff claimed they couldn't find my policy (even though they found my husband), who is a dependent on my plan. Instead of doing their jobs and making a quick call to verify, your staff stood there lazily watching the clock, then had the unmitigated gall to tell me my time had passed and I needed to reschedule. Your system failed, but my morning is ruined? The audacity is staggering. The second I got to my car, I called my insurance provider. They confirmed my full coverage in minutes. They were so appalled by your store's behavior that they called your corporate line themselves, because your specific location wouldn't even answer the phone. It took two weeks to get this appointment, and your staff completely blew it due to pure apathy. The lack of care is unbearable. My husband had a wonderful experience at the Boca Raton mall location, but because of the insulting, dismissive treatment I received today, you have officially lost two customers. Neither myself nor my husband will ever set foot in your stores again.

Great service today at Warby Parker on State Rd/Wellington. Everyone was super attentive, Dr. Martinez was lovely. Would absolutely go back, can’t wait to get my new glasses. Would highly recommend, beautiful space!

The sales associate was of great assistance helping me to select the frame and lens features that was most appropriate for my needs and the Optometrist was very helpful making sure that the frame was correctly positioned on my head and that the lenses were properly focused to maximize my visual acuity.

I own two pair of Warby Parker eyeglasses. My experience with them had been quite good. So I was surprised when I brought a pair to the shop at Isla Verde to reattach a nosepad that had fallen off. The optician (I think her name is Lillian) suggested I glue it back in myself since she "didn’t have any glue". Lillian was clearly not interested in retaining an existing customer. Maybe Warby Parker isn’t either.
