Had a great experience my first time in the store today! Excellent customer service from Kelsey, great selection, and loved how easy it was to find just the right frames for my more narrow face. Bought two pair and will definitely be back!

Not sure if this is the local owner's policy or the lady working here just lied. But she refused to sell my wife glasses without a non expired prescription. She asked my wife to make an appointment with their eye doctor or we could leave. We left and ordered them on Warby Parker's website. Florida is not a state that requires a current prescription. Waited until the glasses were delivered so employees couldn't go into the system and try to cancel the order.

Awesome and easy experience today. The store manager was very pleasant and helpful. She was very informative and knowledgeable. We will definitely shop with her again.

The staff were amazing and honest. Helped me to pick the best look for my face and didn’t stop showing me alternatives until we found the perfect pair. HIGHLY recommended!

Store was clean, organized and we received amazing service from Stephanie. Hassle free experience, very outgoing connected with our children and was very knowledgeable. We’ve shopped at a few other retailers in the past. From now on I won’t be going anywhere else or recommending anywhere but Warby Parker and Stephanie. I’ve already sent numerous coworkers and friends and they all have had the same great experience and feel the same. The one thing we wished to see was a larger selection of smaller frames for young children

Great in-store experience! With my new Rx in hand, I purchased Rx Warby Parker glasses about 3 years ago via their website. At that time, there was not a local store. This time, aga8n with a new Rx in hand, I preferred to go to their store to insure good measurements. The 2 staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were easily able to assist me in choosing new frames and order my new glasses in a timely manner. Warby Parker makes a quality eyeglass without the high price! My current pair from 3 years ago are still in great condition. I plan to keep them as a backup.

I have wore glasses and / or contacts my entire life. Over the years I have shopped at most locations comparing prices and quality. I made my first trip today to Warby Parker. They were my first stop on a 4 store comparison trip. I cannot believe it but I purchased glasses without going anywhere else. The knowledge of the employee, Leianna, was amazing. She made you feel so comfortable, she knew what she was talking about and the confidence in my purchase after I left. I could not respond to your thank you. My earlier post is still true. But, I received an email today my order was ready. No details, just "Your glasses are ready! (Order no. 537363147)". Well I drove 1.5 hours round trip because of holiday traffic to get them. I was excited, because I go out of town the day after Christmas. However, my glasses were not there. Only the readers. I inquired and was informed that my order was broken up into 2 orders????? So, the email was only for 1 item. This practice should be relayed to the consumer upfront to avoid turning very happy customers into frustrated ones.
