The staff at this location are INCREDIBLY pleasant and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the availability of frames in various sizes and colors off the top of their head, which made it a lot easier to pick my frames! The doctor was patient and did a great job of answering all of my questions!

It was my first time ordering prescription glasses from Warby Parker and Nick made the process really easy and simple. I really appreciated how detailed his explanations were and his willingness to help.

I went to the Warby Parker store at the Perimeter Mall. I was quite pleased to see that there was no long wait to get service, the staff were pleasant and efficient. I was in and out in no time.

This place is top tier with their customer service .. the staff.. ophthalmologist.. and her assistant was so professional and informative.. I work in the mall so it was super convenient.. I got an exam for glasses and contacts.. purchased a pair of prescription frames .. contacts I get from a different vendor but they did offer ..

All of my interactions with staff were wonderful. I was specifically helped by Dulane who was so accommodating and purely kind!

I have been a customer of Warby Parker’s for over 6 years and purchased my first two pair of glasses online. Today I stepped foot into my first Warby Parker store and was met by Ahmad, a store representative who told me that both glasses I chose were horrible, specifically on me, and that he gave them two thumbs down while laughing. He proceeds to hand me two other pair and also says the same. I’m unsure if this is a sales tactic taught in the store, or if that is his personal approach to a sale however, because of that experience I will no longer be buying any glasses despite me finding two that I actually liked. Hopefully there is a training opportunity you all can provide this young gentleman in hopes to not cost you any more sales.

Dulane, Ahmad, and staff were amazing. Dulane was enthusiastic, fun and full of energy. He provided a top notch experience and kept my mom and I laughing. I’ve never been so excited to purchase new glasses. The option are refreshing and stylish. I have two little boys and they love trying in frames which makes me nervous. Ahmad and Dulane assured me that it was fine and Ahmad entertained them, helped them try on frames and found activities for them to do while I was shopping. We will return to shop for my husband and if necessary our sons. If you’re in the Atlanta area the Perimeter mall location is THE place for a wide selection and excellent service.

The staff at Warby Parker were very friendly from initial greeting when we entered the store, to being supported throughout by Ahmad who helped identify frames and recommendations of others based on our preference. Will continue to shop at Warby Parker in the future and recommend the helpful, no pressure shopping process for glasses to others.

Customer service was superb!!! In an era where customer service can be iffy, today was a breath of fresh air. The entire staff was welcoming and hospitable. I didn't feel rushed and I left confident that I made the right choices. The recommendations were spot on as well. Kudos!!

I’ve had two amazing experiences at Warby-Parker @ Perimeter Mall in recent weeks. My first was a LONG try-on session with Ashley who was amazing - patient, accommodating, personable, helpful, creative and supportive - even tho I was not ready to buy on that day. Today I was helped by Michelle and, after trying the great new rimless frames, I found 2 pairs I loved and ended up buying the ones Michelle was wearing, ha! This is such an easy, fun and efficient way to buy glasses and I will definitely shop here again with my next Rx. Thank you and please keep up the efficient processes and great service!

I thought that looking for frames would be so overwhelming, but Cyrenna made it so easy! She had the expertise to give me the best service! We decided to go with this store over another retailer, who was less expensive because of the customer service.
