Mall of Georgia

This was my first experience at a Warby Parker store, and I don’t think I’ll ever buy my prescription glasses anywhere else! The process was super easy, the staff helped me find my perfect frames, and it was such an easy process. I remember questioning “that’s it? It’s that simple?” Yes, buying eyewear can be THAT simple!

Received glass and the lenses scratched within weeks. Took them back to the store. They apologized and said it would be two weeks to get them back and they would expedite the replacement. 5 weeks later and many calls to a very unhelpful customer service center we still do not have the replacements. We keep getting excuses that the lab is being upgraded, that it takes 30 days to get lens replacements (should probably communicate to the stores on that one), that they are sorry but they cannot communicate with the lab and the lab isn't responding. When you call the store you get sent to the national customer service so the store is no help. They have cute frames but we will never shop here again.

Came in for a fit adjustment on an existing pair of glasses. The employee was extremely courteous and helpful. She was able to make the adjustments after a single attempt and advised warby Parker’s scratch warranty. We were able to take advantage of that as I have scratches on on the lenses and now have a new pair being shipped to the store for replacement. The whole visit took no longer than 5 minutes. 10/10 experience.

I was pretty nervous going in since it was my first time trying on contacts, but everyone was so nice and supportive and made me feel very comfortable and confident! Overall was a great and pretty quick experience, would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

They make strong recommendations based on your own personal preference and will show you all the options that will enhance your overall appearance. Today was the third time visiting the store for the same problem. My newly purchased glasses continued to slide down on my nose. Addeline provided excellent customer service to correct the problem. I am satisfied with Warby Parker customer service.

Easy to set appointment, see the eye doctor, and purchase new glasses. There was no hard sales push, just friendly knowledgeable associates who allowed me to take the lead in looking for what worked best for me.

I had a great experience at Warby Parker. The brand was recommended to me by my roommate, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. One of the staff members—an incredibly helpful Hispanic woman (I didn’t catch her name)—guided me through the whole process. She answered all of my questions, gave great feedback, and helped me try on a variety of styles. I’ll definitely be coming back!
