Wary Parker had a large selection of eye glasses. I was greeted as soon as I entered store. I was looking for wide frame glasses and brought in my prescription for ordering glasses. I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes with new glasses ordered. Nice experience

I had a great experience at Warby Parker. The store was clean, well organized, and well staffed with a friendly and knowledgeable team. Dr Sarah Lee performed my eye examine: she made sure I was comfortable during each exam, explained the purpose of the exam, and shared my results in terms that were easy for me to understand. Ryan assisted me in the selection of my eyewear, three pair in all. It isn't always easy for me to select frames. The ones I like aren't always a great fit for my face, but Ryan's consultation made me feel at ease and confident that the final choices were right for me. My entire visit from arrival to departure was under 60 minutes. It was a great stress free and pressure free experience. I'll be back next year for my annual exam; it's already scheduled.

I left the store very confident about my frame choice and about my prescription. Special shoutout to the doctor :) She was extremely attentive, and very thorough in explaining all the steps & the results of the exam. The attendant helped me understand the best width/fit for my face, considering what I was looking for, and it made all the difference!

Truly the best customer experience I've encountered in a while! The team at Marietta is an amazing group of people filled with so much passion and people skills! Big shout out to Minnie, Bria, Gina, and Miles for being so attentive, patient, kind, and knowledgeable in what they do. My daughter ordered from Warby Parker on-line last year, and was pleased. She informed me there was an actual brick and mortar store to visit. I am a bit of a traditionalist! We both had a great time trying on glasses finding our perfect pairs. Yes, pairs! These glasses are affordable you can get more than one. They accepted our insurance, too. We had money left to enduldge in guilt free shopping after! Thanks for a great experience from a traditional mom and a daughter who is working on helping bring her mom up to speed!

Having a high Rx can make shopping for glasses and contacts difficult. I love the fact that everyone I've encountered at the West Cobb Warby Parker location seem truly dedicated to getting glasses and contacts right. I had a few issues with my glasses and contacts and they were more than accommodating and helped replace as needed.

Having a WP in West Cobb is nice. What is even BETTER is having a WP in West Cobb with two of the best customer service providers I have ever experienced. This is a really great place for eyeglasses and eye exam. The optometrist was super friendly and thorough. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The sales person helped me pick out my frames for both regular and sunglasses. She seemed to understand exactly what I wanted. I don't like spending a lot of time looking for frames so it was great that she was able to zero in on what I like very quickly. I never got the feeling that they were trying to upsell me like some eyeglass stores do. I will definitely use this store for all future eyewear and exam needs.

Any parent knows that shopping with young children can be tricky. We visited this location today because my son accidentally snapped one stem off of his glasses. While having the lenses swapped out for the new frames, one of the store assistance named Minnie was absolutely incredible interacting with my son. Each team member in the store was informative and super friendly! They just created a customer for life!

DO NOT BUY from them, nor any independent brand of eyeglass stores. The ONLY brand anyone would ever need is EasyTwist, which is exclusively sold at Walmart. EasyTwist uses a universal join type hinge for the frames that significantly extend the lifetime of your glasses frames. They also sit comfortably on your face and adapt to the shape of it. These frames cost you over $50, and they will break in 2-5 years. Flexjoint is the way to go forward. Buy yourself 2 pairs of EasyTwist glasses, and they will no doubt lat you a lifetime provided you take care of them.
