Had a great experience at Warby Parker in Deerfield! Dr. Chandni Oza, Nick, and Demetry were excellent—patient, thorough, and spot-on with their recommendations. They put me in the perfect contact prescription. Highly recommend this location!

Had a nice experience ordering glasses at the new Warby Parker in Deerfield. The store manager, Nick, was very helpful. The store was comfortably cool on a hot day and I was able to sit down to try on many possible frames. I described what styles I was interested in and Nick brought over many possible frames to try. All in all, an easy and pleasant experience.

I visited this location on a whim because I usually go to the old orchard location butttt lucky for me I was on the app the night before and saw that Deerfield was actually here and much closer. I went in to get my glasses fixed, one pair was leaning a little and the other pair a screw was loose which was causing the gold part to be come undone. When I walked in I met Nick who was the store manager and he was very kind and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do about my issue. I was also there to browse in which in turn I ended up buying a pair of new glasses as well. In all I was in there for 15 minutes and Nick handled my transaction in a quick and efficient way.

Jenny was great! So easy to work with. Knew exactly what size worked best for me with my new sunglasses.

On three separate occasions at your new Deerfield location Nick went out of his way to help me. He is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and very patient.

Love this Warby Parker location! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the very friendly staff. I came to have my glasses fixed and was out within 10 minutes with glasses that fit perfectly again! 😊

Dimitri assisted me with my order for new frames. He was extremely helpful and the entire experience was great!

As an adult my vision has changed a little bit and now I need reading glasses to keep from straining my eyes more, whether, on the computer, on a phone or reading super small font, I was so happy that I found Warby Parker! I love that you have the option to order and try-on some items virtually online but there’s just something about stepping into and going to a store to try-on and see all the options they have. Not to mention, get any questions you may have answered directly. The wonderful people that worked at this location were so caring, honest, friendly, helpful, patient, and explained how lens width/type/frame would work best for you. Those are truly wonderful qualities you’d want to look for with any company! I was lucky enough to have the lady that was helping me breakdown the prices of a competitor that she used to work for and that information was the deciding factor. I also absolutely love how Warby Parker incorporates other lens options into the frame price, i.e…scratch resistant…etc. Most places will charge extra for each lens feature. I can honestly say that ‘I am a Warby Parker Customer for Life’ haha. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience in Deerfield, y’all deserve raises and are just the best!!!

Visited this location as it was the closest one to me & the experience was great. The glasses I ordered online were a bit crooked but Nick was quick (ha!) & manipulated them back into the proper shape in less than 3 minutes. He was also kind enough to let me know that if i ever needed them adjusted again, I could go in at any time & there would be no charge. Overall, I was happy with the quick & friendly service I received.
