Love this store. The workers are always very helpful and kind. They don’t hover, but are definitely available if you need them. I have been back multiple times for glasses and adjustments! Love it here.

Chris is the best! I was getting glasses for the first time and pretty intimidated by the whole process. Chris and I hit it off immediately and he gave me some great pointers on picking/adjusting to glasses. Huge fan of that guy and that location.

Shout-out to the amazing team at this Warby Parker location! I was so impressed with their service when the sunglasses I wanted were out of stock. They dug up a pair with a different lens and immediately ordered and replaced the lenses for me. Thank you Jordan, Robin, Trey, and Chris for being so kind and going the extra mile. I'll definitely be back for my next pair of glasses. I’ll continue to recommend this location to my friends and family!

Extremely helpful service. Everyone was so patient and kind. It was my first time in the store and I felt so comfortable and supported.

I walked into this location, and there were two sales associates on their phones, it took me to say hello to the associates before even being acknowledged, we’re walking into their establishment and the energy was just off compared to usual. They mentioned how they have such great ratings online, but there were nine customers in their establishment and no one was asked if they needed help (I counted the customers purposely) …They continued to be on their phone until I spoke up and asked “If they help their customers” There was a black they/them Associate that had a horrible attitude because I spoke up and asked why the treatment was so poor. I the decided to just leave the store as I felt myself getting upset because the (I’m assuming store manager) asked if I was Ok.. In that “Why are you an angry black man” tone… before he began to get combative and made me feel as if I was the problem for speaking up to their disrespect and not being great employees that the reviews speak so highly of… especially towards customers that have spent money at this establishment numerous times… Do better… I’ve never had this experience at any other Warby Parker.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed and appreciated their assistance with finding a color and frame that fit my face well. The store had a wide assortment of both classic and on-trend styles to choose from.

Trey was magnificent to shop with. He was so helpful! They have more cost effective frames than I realized before going in!

Helpful! Robin was attentive and suggestions were right on without being pushy and I loved the process of finding my new frames. Made it easy.

Great to go for readers. Stylish frames at the reasonable price. It does take some time to receive your frames once your order them- but the wait is worth it.

Friendly service

The store doesn’t open until 11am, during the week! After waiting and finally getting in, I was told the optometrist who needed to repair my glasses is off Monday and Friday this week. 😡👎😡

UPDATE: I received a response from my review, so I reached out to the email they provided. I thought it would either be rhetoric or crickets... instead, I was pleasantly surprised! I corresponded with Lauren, who skillfully took my experience with Warby Parker from worst to first. I had a delightful interaction... one that I had anticipated from the start. I appreciate her and all players involved who embraced the mistake and turned it into a WIN. A thousand thank yous!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. In their world 10 days is really 21... and that's if you do their job and follow up. I called to check on the status of my order that was placed 14 days ago.... I spoke with Corey, a supervisor at Warby Parker, who was pretty rude. The attitude she expressed was one of irritation that she even had to apologize to me for their mistake. They never even started on my glasses!! Needless to say I canceled my order. Cute and inexpensive frames are a dime a dozen... do yourself a favor and go to another eyeglass vendor. There are PLENTY around. Warby Parker over promises and under delivers.
