The new Warby Parker store near my home on Cape Cod Massachusetts was a great find! They have a surprisingly extensive selection. The optician listened to my ideas, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect frames. The process could not have been easier or more enjoyable. Run, don't walk, if you need glasses.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Easy process to order both prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. Can’t wait for them to arrive in about a week.

This place is a disaster. Let me clarify. They have lenses. They have frames. The system is to order and have them delivered. That’s fine - makes sense. But the problems are numerous. First - they have plenty of people. But they are not all knowledgeable this slows things way down. Lots of back and forth even after you find the frame you want / second I picked a high end frame - then they kept asking if I was sure - I WAS SURE third once I chose I asked them to make them readers - they insisted I use my prescription and then connect them to my dr. No problem on my end but they couldn’t t find them - they are the largest eye dr in palm beach (???) fourth - they told me to get the phone and share with them which I did and the office sent the prescription - THEY SENT IT 3x. Then they had to call since every day for a week id get a note saying they hadn’t received it. After I spent 15 minutes on hold - the drs office also spent 15 minutes on hold - that’s 3x each. They still didn’t get the order right. So I asked to just change it to readers - they had a corresponding level to my prescription - they asked that I cancel the order and start over. So we went with just CANCEL. WARby PARKer - figure out your process before adding any more locations. The store and the company are a disaster and a waste of time.

I was very pleased going into the store, good selection, no gimmicks on additions to add on’s for upgrades on lenses, simple inclusive pricing.

Was quickly waited on and Karin helped me select some options which was much appreciated. I only need these glasses till about Dec when I will have cataract surgery.

With all the choices of frames in front of you, you'll want to buy more than one pair of glasses. I bought 3!

My first time using WP. I was waiting for local in person store. Stopped in today and Nick was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. I can't wait to get my new glasses. (First time progressives with clip on sunglasses) 👍🏻

Great staff, greeted when I walked in which is always nice. Three employees were busy with clients so I cruised around and looked at frames, I was approached after finishing with another client in a timely manner. I had selected 2 frames and asked if they had any other suggestions and tried several other frames. I purchased the first frame I selected and I’m very excited to receive my order next week. The staff came around and offered their opinion with my permission which I find helpful and the other clients as well, it was a wonderful experience and I would suggest this location and company.

I stopped by the new Warby Parker In Hyannis a couple of days after it opened. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I found a pair of glasses I liked and ordered them with progressive lenses. 5 days later the glasses were delivered by USPS. The glasses looked great except I had a problem focusing with the progressive lenses. I went back to the Hyannis store and Mr. Martinez (I forget his first name) knew exactly how to adjust my glasses so they would fit right and I would be able to see perfectly. Two thumbs up to our new Warby Parker on Cape Cod. Good selection, good price...excellent customer service.

Warby Parker has opened in Hyannis! I could not have been more excited to find out and walked into the store to the most beautiful display and choices of glasses I’ve ever seen. I was greeted by Nick who was delightful and he introduced me to the GM Joel and I was helped by Neelia. I went in for one pair of glasses and came out with three because the prices were so good. I was able to get three pair of glasses for less than it would’ve cost me for one pair at my doctors office. The selection was fabulous. The colors were so varied, and the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this company. I look forward to receiving my fabulous choices.

The employees were all pleasant , informative and helpful! I enjoyed my experience there and highly recommend it. John was very patient and invested in helping me make the best choice for my needs...very nice and respectful. I'm glad that Warby Parker came to the Cape!
