I had a truly wonderful experience at the Warby Parker in Lynnfield at MarketStreet. Dr. Chiang was especially attentive and genuinely cared about my needs. He took the time to explain what he was looking for in my eye exam, especially as someone with Type 1 diabetes, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand for someone who isn’t very science-savvy. His thoroughness and communication made the appointment incredibly reassuring. Kerry Ellen was also an outstanding representative of the company. She provided fantastic customer service, offered knowledgeable and professional guidance in helping me choose the right glasses, and was consistently attentive throughout the process. On top of that, as a Type 1 diabetic, I began experiencing low blood sugar while in the store, and she thoughtfully brought me fruit snacks to help bring it back up. That level of kindness and going above and beyond the call of duty was exceptional. Overall, this location delivers top-tier care and service. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Excellent service and selection. I typically hate buying (and wearing) eyeglasses but they made it stressfree and easy. I can't wait to receive them!

I think the optician’s name was Eric. He really knows what he’s doing. He adjusted my frames perfectly and made them look like Oakleys. Super chill and helpful. I left really happy with how they fit.
