Worst optometrist & glasses shopping experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Sall didn’t explain anything about what she was doing during her procedures clearly, and when I asked for her to repeat she did not. I’m hard of hearing & couldn’t follow along well at times. My chin was legit yanked from the Chin rest out of her machine when she moved along the machines because she wanted to move quickly through the appointment, but her behaviour soured the whole visit. Anyone who is disabled, I’d highly encourage seeking another optometrist because this team is not patient or ADA friendly. Only kind interaction was during greeting, where the team member clearly explained everything that was going on & insurance corroboration. I will not be returning to Warby Parker because of Dr. Beth Sall & felt hurried throughout the appointment because of staff. Just because it is near closing time doesn’t mean you should rush customers to make their choices because you have to get home; it reflects poorly on you & the brand you represent. If I could but no stars, I would.

I just got done visiting the Warby Parker Annapolis and was disappointed to learn that I as a customer would have to pay for factory lens process imperfections. In January of this year I purchased two pairs of glasses, one being the Brady Progressive light responsive. In June I had to return them due a lense defect in both lenses at the bridge of the nose. There wasn't any issue and they replaced my glasses and sent me a new pair to replace the defective ones. Then today I had to return the new pair for the same reason (December). The sales person explained that they already replaced them once on the 6 month lens scratch warranty and they can not replace them again due to policy. I explained to the sales person that neither time the lenses were scratched but the defect was inside of the lens. They continued to say that it was policy but for another $335.00 they could replace my lenses and use the same frames. So now the original glasses that cost me $335.75 now would cost me $670.75 and it was not something that I could have prevented. I thought that Warby Parker was reputable organization but for me to pay for a factory process mistake does not put them even close to that category.

It boggles my mind how much better this experience was compared to the eye doctor in my hometown. The store was clean and clutter-free. The staff was pleasant. The glasses were stylish. The glasses were priced extremely well. And most importantly, my insurance was accepted and made already well-priced glasses even cheaper. How eye doctors get away with charging hundreds of dollars for a pair of glasses makes no sense. Skip those overpriced offices and go straight to Warby Parker.

Amazing experience. I was helped immediately, the team was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right glasses for my needs. In and out in less than a half hour and completely confident in my purchase.

The Annapolis location was clean, the attendants were friendly and informative. I would definitely visit again and again.

Have been shopping on line with Warby Parker for almost 10 years. So excited to have a store to be able to try on glasses. The staff was so friendly and helpful and as always great product for a great price!

Ryan was wonderful. She answered all of our questions. We each picked out a pair of frames. We were comfortable with all of her suggestions for frames and options for the lenses. It was our best experience with an optical center.

My wife and I were immediately greeted by Aric and he helped us pick out glasses and sunglasses. The whole process was seamless. I was told that Warby Parker is great and you all certainly delivered! I can’t wait to get my new glasses. Thank you Aric and Warby Parker staff!

I had an amazing experience at the Annapolis Town Center location. Eric was a fantastic salesperson and the other staff member there was also helpful. We went to the Columbia location earlier in the week and the customer service was horrible. So glad I didn't give up and tried this location. I can't wait to get my new glasses.
