10/10! The entire process was so easy and seamless. The store was so helpful. Justin was the store associate he was so kind and helpful. The scheduled provider James Truong was so awesome. He did an great job.

Up until now I had never needed to have corrective lenses. I chose this place as a friend of mine works there and had highly recommended it. She was absolutely correct, as all of the staff there were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel less stressed about the entire experience. They truly seemed to be wanting to help me figure out what I needed and I appreciate that level of customer service.

Miss Annette was awesome. She was patient and explained everything and made sure I was saving as much money as possible. She was helpful and accommodating. The other staff in the store was also helpful and friendly. I was seen at my appointment time and everything was quick and efficient!

I was late for my appointment. I was still seen, had a comprehensive eye exam and made it back to work in under 1 hour! I made this appointment about 2- hours before my visit. Every other place I researched (7) had NO same day appointments. The cost was very reasonable, under $50 co-pay.

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker today, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Justin, who was very welcoming and gave me a clear overview of the entire process. And there was NO WAIT!!!!! The eye doctor was also wonderful—professional, friendly, and he even shared some great travel tips with me. The process of picking out glasses was made easy and enjoyable by Annette. She was exceptionally patient and helpful, assisting me as I tried on many different pairs to find the perfect one. The combination of efficient service, expert care, and genuine patience made my visit truly outstanding. I highly recommend Warby Parker and their amazing team!

My first time being in a Warby Parker and i dont want to get my glasses from anyone else. My daughter had the appointment but I ended up scheduling one for myself at the end of it. Seamless and efficient. Very friendly people. Love the vibes.

This is my go to glasses brand! Just recently, I started to order contacts from WP (Warby Parker) and customize my frames. They have the best customer service and they have been helping maintenence my first pair of frames from WP that I can not let go. If you are looking for consistent, reliable and a trustworthy brand I would strongly recommend them. Plus, I have never noticed anyone wearing the same frames as me...which I absolutely love! I visited this store recently, and it was a fantastic experience.

I was being ignored. When I first came in two workers were working with someone. No one didn’t say anything, so I just stood there. Then as I started to walk around, a worker came up to me and asked me if I needed assistance, I informed her that I was there for an eye exam and she checked me in. As I continued to browse, no one spoke to me. The Doctor, he never introduced himself, he just called my name and told me to have a seat and took pictures of my eyes, gave me the regular test and that was it. As I came back to the to floor, I still didn’t receive any assistance. I ended up calling my mom to help me find glasses. The only time someone talked to me was to check me out. I watched as all the workers spoke to everyone else except for me. I All most didn’t purchase my glasses because of the lack of assistance and honestly, I regret my purchase. All the name tags I remember were Stephanie, Justin, and Dr, Teong I think. But this isn’t my first time in Warby Parker nor my first time at this location. I’m afraid warby Parker has lost a customer.

Excellent and efficient care. This is where I go for my vision tests, and I've worn WP glasses for about 13 years or so. Won't go to any other brand.

The folks here are sooo nice, but I stg they don't know how to fit a frame to an asian nose. I've been 3-4, maybe even more times, and each time I go, they replace the nose pads and adjust the frame and I walk out the door... just to find myself pushing up my frames constantly less than two hours later. If you have a wide and low nose bridge, a strong prescription, and combination/oil skin on your nose, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! I am at the point where I want to snap these glasses in half! I am so tired of this! I can't read without my glasses falling off my nose!!!! They are very kind here but it isn't worth it!!!!

I am not even a Warby Parker customer, but I walked in today and asked if someone could help me adjust the frames on a new pair of glasses. Someone named Justin helped me — he was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and warm. Wonderful customer service. Thank you. 😊🙏🏼
