I wish I got the name of the associate who helped me, she was so friendly and patient!

The customer service was fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was kind and patient with my daughter and I during the process.

They have so many colors and styles that they can't put all of them out on display. Fortunately, Megan and Gino found the perfect pair in the back that checked all my boxes. I can't wait to get my new prescription glasses! If you didn't bring your prescription to the store, you can find your perfect style and fit and upload your prescription later.

Bo and the team was so helpful and patient! My mom needed progressive lens, as a first time glasses wearer, they were so patient and explained everything making the process less intimidating for sure!

Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon around 1:45 hoping to get my glasses tightened. I asked an employee who said that the optometrist was on their lunch break and i asked what time they thought they'd be back. They estimated they would be back in 20 minutes. So I walked around the mall until about 2:10 and came back and asked a different employee if they were back. They said they weren't. I figured I'd give it another 10 minutes so I started looking at the glasses. As I was browsing, I heard another customer come into the store and asked another different employee about getting their glasses adjusted. This third employee said the optometrist was on their lunch break, and they would probably be back at 3pm. They then offered to put the costumer on the waitlist. After they left I went to this 3rd employee to ask when they'd be back and they said 3. I was NEVER offered by the first 2 employees to get on the waitlist and they obviously had no idea when the optometrist would be back from their lunch break. I left because I was not going to wait 45 minutes more after waiting 20. Very disappointed at the inconsistency of service.

I've been going to the Warby Parker at the mall for several years now and have had a very positive experience. Staff are friendly and helpful and I've been very happy with my glasses. Ordered my third pair from there today!

Reigna (sp?) provided great customer service on my visit-even as I showed up 15 minutes before store closing. No bad attitude, no rushing me out of the store. Rather, she took the time to service my glasses in the most professional and pleasant manner possible, even offering feedback on other styles to consider for possible future purchases.

Geo is the best. I have a very bad prescription and it usually takes hours to find glasses, then have to navigate if they even work with my prescription. He not only suggested a ton of frames that work for me, but was intuitive to my needs, style and vision issues. Thank you Geo!!!!

More options would help but overall the experience was great!

Columbia Mall location was great. My first time getting glasses. The employees were so helpful and made my experience painless. Bo helped me the most. He did a great job. Would and will recommend your store to anyone looking to get glasses.

Rayna and Raymond were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fun to work with. I will definitely go back the next time I need new glasses!

Exceptional customer service

Amazing experience with the eye exam and picking out glasses. The eye exam was efficient overall and was able to provide a full exam without dilation (used digital retinal imaging). Then Geo who worked at front of house had amazing recommendations for my glasses to pick out and submitted all claims for my out of network insurance for both the exam and the glasses for reimbursement. Great experience!

I have purchased a few glasses from Warby Parker and like their glasses. However recently I went to the local store to get them adjusted and they were unable to help me as the optometrist was not in. No one else was capable of adjusting them. Today I called ahead to see if someone would be available to adjust the glasses but the customer Service rep was overseas and said she would have to call the store and could not transfer me without verifying all of my information. At theme of the call she said someone would call me back. Extremely frustrating and will not be purchasing another pair as the follow up service is very poor.

My first experience with Warby Parker and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The fella assisting me was so pleasant and insanely helpful. He was also extremely efficient. It was a very quick process which I greatly appreciate.

Absolutely horrible experience. We were told we were in network, they charged us $50 and told us it would be a week. A week later they called and said the address was wrong on the insurance. Now they say nevermind even though we checked your insurance and TOOK YOUR MONEY FOR AN ORDER now we are saying you aren't covered so pay the full amount. Our 7yr old daughter still has no glasses 2 weeks later, we had to cancel the order and just hope we get our refund. Why would you take someone's money and say it's covered only to change your mind? You should have never said it was covered in the first place and saved us a crap ton of useless calls and wasted time. Even Walmart has better service than this.

Absolutely terrible optician and customer treatment. Do NOT come here if Raina (optician) is working. I originally purchased glasses from here with no issues, but wanted to get them tightened. I came and the optician working (Raina) tightened the back, but warped the lenses. I came back a few weeks later after noticing changes in my vision, and was treated horribly. She was rude and very unhelpful, and actually made my glasses worse. When I asked for her name, she initially refused and threatened to bring her manager to “deal with me.” Paired with her rude and impatient attitude, I had one of the worst eye care experiences of my life. Further, she handled my glasses with little care, almost breaking the hinge and pressing deeply on the lenses. As someone who has been through many glasses and adjustments, this has never happened before. Her “adjustments” completely warped the frames and moved my lenses out of place. Quotes: “I don’t understand why you can’t just come in tomorrow when the other optician is working.” When I told her I would prefer to have everything fixed in one trip, she rolled her eyes at me. “I don’t think I know how to fix this.” As an optician and licensed employee, this is extremely concerning for Warby Parker’s staff quality. This was an almost direct quote from her as she attempted to get me to return the following day for her “more experienced” colleague to fix what should have been a simple issue. This review does not speak for Warby Parker as a whole, but please be wary of who is working if you choose this location. Edit: my most recent appointment was in the afternoon/evening of 8/28, just to note in case she gave me a fake name.

Great selection always very helpful staff each time I visit

Had an appoint specially scheduled to have an optomitrist present and when I arrived to the Columbia location was told it would be online. They said they have a part-time optomitrist and they wouldn’t be in until after September. So their website was inaccurate! I asked to be rescheduled at a different location and they were having difficulty scheduling an appointment on line and said they would call the location. I was too annoyed to wait any longer and canceled everything. Is it to much to ask to have an eye doctor present to do your exam?
