Shopping for a New pare of glasses and hearing great things about Warby Parker i decided to check them out. Great from waling info the door & picking out the Glasses that makes me feel great. We be back.

This was our first time visiting Warby Parker. We found the service was fast, lots of frame choices to view, and reasonably priced.

Staff is very helpful.

I only had a quick minute to hop in and buy glasses. So quick, polite and easy!

Glasses are super cute! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and cool. I appreciated how relaxed they were when the place was busy.

Although I originally made my appointment for a basic eye exam, It was soon evident, through the expertise of the examineer that I had cataract issues that needed addressing prior to getting a new set of glasses. The examineer fully explained what they were seeing, and was very thorough and detailed as to what the issues was and how I should address it. They fully explained the variety of options available for this issue and what I would experience with respects to each option. I was fully saatisfied with the entire experience.

Had a great experience here. MJ was very helpful. None of the store associates were pushy with sales. I found the perfect pair of frames and ended up saving $200-$300 from what I would've paid at Lens Crafters.

30 days ago,I ordered glasses at Warby Parker and still have not received them. They charged my credit card at that time. They ordered them a second time 7 days ago, and they still have not shipped. Now, I have received an email stating that there will be a delay due to a delay at their lab. This is very incompetent.

I love Warby Parker. Such a good selection and the prices are very affordable. Customer service was top notch.

Sales staff was super helpful and on the ball. And a good value—low cost, very cute frames.

Great experience today, Josh helped my husband and I choose frames and order them, would definitely recommend and will return in the future! Very nice selection of frames, and I liked how they were organized according to shape and width.

Needed glasses. Was in and out in 20 minutes with advanced appointment. Best eye experience I've had in any recent memory. Will recommend this location to my friends & family.

So glad to learn of this store locally. Super friendly, great selection of frames and pricing was clear. Staff super friendly. Only negative is that they are off network for at least two major insurances in this area. Why? Five star in all other respects. But I give it 4 because they are off network for my employer which is the largest municipality in the area and for a major local insurers insurer (the person who referred me). They have work to do here.

I picked Warby Parker because it got such good reviews but now I'm shocked they've gotten such positive feedback; I would never recommend. I made my appointment for 11:30, got several emails and texts confirming this date and time, then when I got there they were closed. I waited until they opened and let the optician know I'd been waiting 45 minutes; I received NO apology or anything to make it right. I was told my appointment had passed (maybe because it was scheduled for when they weren't open??) so they couldn't give me an exam at that time but they could get me in at 1:30 or put me on a wait list. I scheduled it at that time for a reason, the LEAST you guys could've done was get me in then after wasting my time for almost an hour. Fix your online scheduling to reflect your actual hours instead of taking appointments you can't honor. If you want to make an appointment for a specific time, I would suggest going literally anywhere else.

Purchased new sunglasses today at Warby Parker. Bright, well organized store with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. First interaction in the GR store, second purchase or WP glasses. I would highly recommend the brand, best quality glasses I've ever purchased in my 20 years of wearing glasses.

The optometrist was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. The office was organized, clean, and had a large selection of frame options to choose from.

Customer service was outstanding! Shopping for new frames was actually a fun experience. Who knew! I highly recommend this store.

Staff member was very helpful. Might consider wearing name tags so remembering the name would be easier. However now learning I was not given all the insurance options available.
