Great retail store! Josh gave me the best customer service today. I would recommend seeing him for assistance with glasses all day long. He even helped me with what I needed to send to my insurance for reimbursement as my coverage did not par with WP. They were still less expensive and I liked the styles better than other places I found.

I came in with older glasses and Isiah fixed them up like they were brand new. Great service and experience! 😊

Super quick but thorough eye exam. Optometrist was very professional. Staff was very helpful and I got an eye exam and bought contacts all in 15 mins!!! I’ll be going here yearly.

Dr. DeWolfe and staff are absolutely incredible! Dr. DeWolfe is a true medical professional that not only accommodated requests for my exam but did so more than willingly and with extreme kindness and care, and she also understood why they were requested given her medical expertise. This is extremely rare to find in medical professionals today. Dr. DeWolfe went above and beyond to wear a N95 mask (and properly!) and made me feel right at home. Five star experience! Thanks!

Warby Parker was recommended to me by my sister. The staff was extremely friendly. Dr Carrie DeWolfe did my eye exam as well as both of my daughters. She was extremely nice and very personable. She made us all feel very comfortable and took us all in the room together to do the eye exams. I was never pressured to buy anything, which is a huge positive. I also appreciated Dan taking his time with us while getting all the paper To go through our insurance. He was very patient and very professional. Everyone here is top notch!

Great people I went there with my broken frame and it's not one of thier products but Isaiah was so kind and patient and did his best to fix it for me until I get a new prescription and get a new pair Great person and great service Really appreciate him

The optometrist was kind but I scheduled an exam for $85 and was charged $120. I had cash to pay for my exam but was informed upon payment they are cashless which was not communicated when I made my appointment. On top of the confusion and frustration with the higher price and not accepting cash, my 5 year old daughter was denied access to a bathroom and had to be taken to another business when she had to go potty. Bummed.

I had a great experience here today! I came for an eye exam and to buy some new glasses and the entire process took me only 30 minutes! (I had a pretty good idea of which frames I was going to get before coming so that saved me time). Dr. DeWolfe was very friendly and efficient without leaving out anything important. The staff member that helped me with picking out my glasses was also very informative and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

Great selection of eyewear, staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend checking them out if you’re looking to get new glasses! I was able to purchase prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses for a lower cost combined than a single pair of prescription glasses at a different shop.
