Amanda at the WP store was extremely helpful, kind, and transparent with the process of fixing my pair of glasses. She put the customer first while still letting my know the limitations of their policies and considerations of how to approach similar situations in the future

I had a great experience purchasing new eyeglasses from this location for both myself and my daughter.

I went online and booked my eye exam and knew the frames I had in mind prior to visiting the store. I was able to take my eye exam 40 minutes earlier than my scheduled appt. I tried on the frames, did the eye exam, and checked out all in less than 30 minutes. The sales associates and optometrist were both nice and helpful. This was the fastest and easiest glasses experience I've ever had. I don't see myself ever going back to LensCrafters.

Do not recommend them Very cheap equality! Bought my glasses from Somerset location, Had prescription The person that helped us took a picture of my prescription with his iPads a week or two later I get the glasses and they are horrible. They get dirty just from nothing, They need constant cleaning, foggy and dirty for no reason no one is touching it! i would have it sitting in the table come back and wear them They look foggy and dirty! coding start peeling off, when I went back after a month to the store show them the glasses told them how they are! They start asking me if I’m using alcohol or anything harsh to clean it which is I told them no I did get glasses cleaner wipes from another glasses store near my house to clean it, then they start saying they are scratched,, when I haven’t dropped them! They were supposed to be under warranty, but The person that put the order in, didn’t save my prescription. Once they do that there’s no warranty on your glasses they considered reading glasses without prescription and warranty does not cover them! even though I went with a prescription!!! I gave them the doctor information they called the doctor. They wanted the prescription to be emailed which is no Doctor Office do that for information safety. They call me and tell me that I need to go pick up my prescription and bring it to them!! if they had done their job right the first time and save my prescription instead of choosing to put it in as a reader no prescription I wouldn’t have to deal with all this I have enough to deal with deal in my life to go do their job for them!

Had the best shopping experience at the Warby Parker at Somerset. Highly recommend for the best customer experience and helpful employees. Olivia & Tory were amazing! I came to Warby Parker to buy a new pair of glasses. It had been a few years since I’ve shopped for glasses, and my last pair were also from Warby Parker. They walked me through all of the frames and gave me their honest opinions, and took all of my details including my tricky OC height. I came back a few weeks later with my new glasses, and Tory carefully adjusted them for me, making sure they fit perfectly. I felt very taken care of from start to finish, and will definitely be back here for my next pair. Thank you so much!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. I was a walk-in and I had an eye exam and a new pair of glasses within one hour. Dr. Hakim is AMAZING!! Full of joy and so happy. I don't think I've ever met a doctor as happy as him lol. The sales associate was nice too. Highly recommend.

Horrible. Will never shop with WB ever again. It’s not the company it used to be prior to joining the stock market. Their claim of philanthropy is a joke.
