If you ever need new glasses I highly recommend Warby Parker in Woodbury lakes. My daughter and I went there tonight and were in and out within 20 min. Super painless and $95 total for frames with prescription and free shipping to our house. I feel like I have paid much more at like Walmart vision in the past and had to pick them up.

After being a Lens Crafters customer for the past several years I had a negative experience with a frame and lenses I purchased there last year. My introduction to Warby Parker couldn't have been better. Great prices, great selection, and great customer service. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses when they ship. So far, I do not regret leaving Lens Crafters and will not be returning anytime soon.

We are so glad that there is a Warby Parker store closer to the house. We were assisted very quickly for replacement lenses for an older pair of glasses. The new store in Woodbury has a great selection of frames to choose from. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Friendly and knowledgable staff made the experience seamless.

I thought it would be great to be able to go to an in person store, and the people there were pleasant enough but they completely mishandled my information and they mixed up my order that had both myself and my daughter on it. The company itself did a poor job and make their difficulties my problem and so will never be using Warby Parker again. be warned that if you put more than one person's order on an account, that they completely screw it up and then they weren't able to put in the pupillary distances that they themselves made in the store and wanted to make an appointment that I'd then have to pay for to get it again. Never again.

Fast and easy with a good selection of frames

Fantastic and fun experience!

Had to go back twice for my glasses to get fitted because they hurt my ears. The guy Jason, who was supposed to help me made my glasses crooked and didn’t do anything about it. I went back to have them readjust them, unfortunately for me I got Jason again! he said my lenses were popping out of place and didn’t help fix them. Even though he was the one messing with my glasses. so now I still have crooked glasses with fingerprints all over them. And my pretty sure my brand new glasses that I just bought are crooked. Will not be coming back to this location. will only be going to the mall of America location. Way better staff. Never had issues with them! .

I was SO excited to finally have a store open close to my work! Kai was super knowledgeable and helpful picking out the best frame size for my face and I can't wait to get my new glasses! The store is super clean and organized and they have such a large selection of awesome frames. Also, let's make it known of their "Buy a Pair, Give a Pair" model. I will certainly pay a bit more than bargain store pricing knowing my purchase helps others in need.
