Biltmore Park Town Square

I ordered glasses in 2021. Love them! Wanted to get new lenses in my old frames so I emailed WP (including my old order number and information). No problem-just need a valid updated prescription. Got it! Emailed again a few months later - received a line by line breakdown of the cost of the new lenses in my old frames! Excellent. Called the “Asheville store”….number goes to “corporate”. I confirmed that I can just walk in the Asheville store with my old glasses and a new RX….(no appointment necessary) absolutely!! Drove two hours to the Asheville store to be told my frames are too old to put new lenses in. The frames that were referenced in ALL of my emails to WB when I was told NO PROBLEM yeah those frames ….the ones that are too old to replace the lenses…… Great work WP

This was the first physical Warby Parker location I've visited. They have a wide array of unisex glasses and sunglasses - lots of fun, quirky, and colorful options. The staff lets you browse without pressure, but they're so helpful and accommodating.

Warby Parker in Biltmore Park was so convenient and so friendly with a huge selection of frames and wonderful experienced optical professionals.I will definitely go there the next time I need glasses. EDIT-I will NOT go back. I tried to call the listed number this morning and got not the Asheville number but someone in who nows where. I wanted an itemized receipt for insurance, and the man I finally got after shouting "representative!" numerous times said he would send one. He did, but it is not itemized. Customer service is POOR!
