The Mall at Short Hills

I booked an eye exam (no contacts) and had a great experience. There was a little hick up with the pricing ... but it was all solved quickly and without any hesitation. Thankfully, my prescription stayed the same so no new lenses for me... so I can't tell you about that experience ... However, I can say that the store is fab and probably the nicest around the North Jersey area. Definitely stop by.

Visited recently with my sister and was browsing all the different styles they offer. We both walked in with the intent of purchasing. There were at least 4 free employees standing around talking to each other in the middle of the store. Not one of them approached us to help. We weren’t greeted and we shopped around for at least 20 minutes. Disappointed by the quality of service and left a bad taste in my mouth. Keep in mind this is my first time in a Warbey Parker. We felt weird about this and walked out.

Super helpful, best experience I've had shopping for glasses, will return next year, and I'll get my eye exam here too. Can't beat the price for the service.

Interesting. It was a new experience for eye exams. Felt more like an Apple store, and all the equipment was newer than I have seen before. Honestly, it's the only place I'll go from now on for routine eye exams. The whole process from walking into the store and immediately being greeted to the exam and even the checkout afterward was superior to any other eye exam establishment I have been to.

As soon as I walked in, a young salesman approached me & asked how he could help me. We went over the insurance, he pulled out the framed I was interested in, etc. Since customer service in retail is largely a thing of the past, I was impressed with his positive attitude....and I told him so. :-)

I have been a loyal customer of Warby Parker for many years, and I thought that the service was good. But today, Abena repaired my glasses in such a friendly and professional manner that I have to give Warby Parker at the Short Hills Mall an excellent rating.

While the experience at the Warby Parker store has been pleasant, the experience afterwards has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first pair of glasses arrived after three weeks, well after they were initially promised -- and that only came after I had to talk to MULTIPLE customer service representatives to get an answer about the status of my glasses. I was promised that supervisors would reach out to me, which never occurred. When they were finally sent, I was sent the WRONG pair -- both in terms of prescription and frames. I took the pair to the store to return it, and, again, had a pleasant experience with the store associates. They promised me that they had ordered the replacement pair with expedited shipping. I am now encountering the same issue that I had originally, with my order being stuck in the "processing" phase. We are now approaching two months with no progress on this order. Each time I reach out to an associate, I am told I will be updated on the order; I rarely hear back. In sum, the store itself is wonderful, with friendly and helpful employees. Warby Parker as a company and laboratory are seemingly incompetent, and I would NOT recommend. Upon further research, my experience is not uncommon.

I had the most amazing experience at Warby Parker today! Nicky, Monique and Tom a huge shout out to you! There were other associates that I encountered that were equally as awesome! I was greeted by Nicky who did not hesitate to make me feel welcome and at home immediately! I was looking to upgrade my glasses style and he did NOT disappoint! His knowledge, vision ( no pun intended ) and creative senses were beyond excellent. Tom guided me through my examination and set me up for a successful virtual examination. Both of my virtual interactions were professional and efficient! Bertha and Dr. Kantor were top notch! Dr. Kantor was detailed and made me feel as if she was in the exam room not virtual. Warby Parker Short Hills Kudos to you for employing the most dynamic team members. There was not a single team member in the entire place today that did NOT display the most stellar level of excellent customer service! I will never go anywhere else for my glasses or eye exam needs!!

I had a very easy time choosing frames for prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. Wonderful selection. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend choosing your glasses at Warby Parker at The Mall at Short Hills.

Kat was a superstar today. She is super welcoming and immediately puts you at ease. She explains everything thoroughly and really takes her time to listen to what you’re looking for and seek out the perfect pair of glasses. I will definitely buy again from Kat at the Mall of Short Hills.
