The store is very inviting. The staff don’t pounce on you when you enter. They keep their distance until you summon them. Nicole P helped us out. She helped us pick the best frames. She was knowledgeable with the styles and lenses add-ons. She talked about the return policy. Checkout was easy and clear. Very pleased with our shopping experience at this location. I will be buying more glasses here, if I need. I recommend this location over others.

Great prices; friendly, knowledgeable staff; lots of frames to choose from; fun place to shop! It's also convenient that the glasses will be shipped to my home.

I am surprised that Warby Parker is getting such strong teviews. My concerns with my recent purchase is that the representative I purchased did know the products and when I went to call about it, I found the stores don’t have phone lines. I have a problem cant reach the store.

Extremely poor experience here. My nephew ordered me some frames as a gift to wear at a black tie event. Giovanni assisted us in store & gave us his number to contact him in case of issues. Paid for expedited shipping & item got delivered to the wrong address. Rep over the phone apologized & reordered with expedited shipping but this time suggested to deliver to the store to avoid courier making the same wrong delivery address error again. The item took almost 3 weeks to arrive…Warby did not honor the expedited shipping. Contacted Giovanni to escalate/discuss- got no response. Had to travel 30 mins from home to store (while very pregnant) to escalate since event was a day away. Was assisted by Lauryn who gave me her number, assured me she’d follow up with me on the items arrival & look into a full refund of my order to compensate for all the issue & the inconvenience. She never did…I never heard from her. I received the frames eventually but it was very delayed & the event had passed. Very poor experience overall. Will not do business here again.

I recently visited Warby Parker and had an outstanding experience. Dr. Christopher Nguyen was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. The rest of the staff was just as impressive. Everyone was super kind and attentive, especially Damaris, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant visit. From helping me choose the perfect frames to answering all my questions with a smile, the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Warby Parker for anyone in need of eye exams or new glasses/contacts. Their team truly makes you feel valued and well taken care of.

Had an appointment for eyeglass and contact prescription. Found the customer service to be excellent and the doctor to be thorough. Switched here because I had a horrible experience elsewhere. Glad I made the switch! I have also bought glasses/sunglasses from them and have been really happy with them. Used to having to pay upwards of 400/500 due to a high level rx with insurance, I almost cried with joy when I heard the price for the glasses that was affordable and that I liked the style of.
