They are our go to place for glasses Take my glasses for distance I paid 135 that includes scratch , blue light , and glare resistant . At another place each one is an extra charge Thst will cost you 250 plus ! And I paid 135 and had them within a week . My daughter who wears glasses hers cost a little more But compared to another place that would want over 350 for hers I paid like 250 Most people I know go here for glasses those buy 2 pairs for 99 have so many additional charges for each pair it winds up costing you double the cost Warby Parker charges for each pair !!!

Great service and professionalism

I always have great experience at Warby Parker Westfield location. Recently I had to replace my lenses, and Mediyna is the one helping me. She is very knowledge, friendly, and helpful to make whole process such a wonderful experience. Even I had a little issue to follow up today, Mediyna was able to resolved in few minutes at free of charge. I have already recommended my friend in Chatham to visit, and I highly recommended anyone may consider getting the glasses to visit this location.

We have insurance but “accidentally” charged full price for eye exams and they would not void out their error. We now have to submit to insurance.

Went to the store last day of the year to utilize my Eyemed allowance. Store was busy but were greeted and attended immediately. Their pricing is simple and reasonable relative to other retailers or in office options. Was a great experience overall and will make this store my choice for all eyewear needs moving forward. Ollie (?) was amazing.

Easiest experience buying glasses ever

I went in for an annual contact lens exam, which was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance (UHC). However, Warby Parker still billed me, even after I showed them my coverage summary PDF. It turns out the coverage depends on the brand of contacts used during the exam. Only exams involving certain covered brands are fully covered by UHC. I admit I didn’t do enough research on this beforehand, so part of the misunderstanding is on me. That said, I never expressed a preference for any specific brand during the visit. When I expressed confusion about being billed, it felt like they knew exactly why it happened but didn’t take the opportunity to explain how brand choices affect insurance coverage. As a preferred provider listed by UHC, it’s reasonable to assume that Warby Parker has encountered similar situations before and could have better educated me upfront to avoid me being billed. Additionally, I found it very difficult to factor the cost of contacts into my decision about which brand to use. The doctor refused to discuss costs entirely meanwhile, the store associate also avoided advising me on cost considerations. This left me feeling stuck, with no clear way to make a balanced decision between cost and features without upsetting one of them because they were getting impatient when discussing cost consideration.

I was in the store and saw Cris helping a family learn how to wear and place contacts, and I was so impressed. Cris was incredibly patient, walking them through each step with clear instructions and encouragement. She stayed calm and reassuring, even when the family was nervous about trying contacts for the first time. It was clear Cris truly cared about making sure they felt confident before leaving—such a great example of excellent customer service!
