It was a very good experience end to end. Front desk staff provided great concierge service. The opthalmologist on staff did a fantastic job and provided a needed referral. The frame selection is great and prices are better than most. Highly recommend.

I've always wanted to like Warby Parker more than I actually do. I've had two pairs of glasses from them, and one pair of sunglasses. While I love the way the frames look initially, I have always had trouble with fit. They offer free adjustments for life, which sounds great right? I've been to the store probably 15 times and each time is the same. The clerk will take your glasses, make a show of adjusting them quickly, and then hand them back. It always feels like they are trying to make you leave as quickly as possible. They never actually help you with fit, or ask questions that might help you get a good fit. They just say "How's that? OK byyyeeeee." Within a week or so, my glasses go back to fitting poorly. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the frames, or the lack of attention to customer service and making the adjustments, but I'm so tired of going back time and again for adjustments that don't last. I'm going to be buying glasses at my my eye doctor from now on. I can't wait to get rid of my Warby Parker frames.

Rude. Got hung up on while looking for some paperwork. I believe I talked to someone named Shyann? I do need an eye exam but looks like I’ll be reordering my glasses from a different company. The glasses I currently have are from WP. So thanks ✌️

I went into this store and could not get help. There were 3 employees talking amongst themselves and clearly were not interested in providing any service. And no clear signage in the store, so help would have been appreciated. Guess I will not be a customer. Update: since my review was replied to, I decided to give them a second chance. By that, I attempted to call the store to inquire about stock for low strength reading glasses. Turns out, there is no method to call the actual local store, only a call center. And get this, the reason being so that the in-store staff can give their undivided attention to in-store customers (and you can read about that experience in my prior attempt). This company makes no effort to communicate with customers.

I love Warby Parker glasses in general cause they’re so cute and durable. Shopping at the Uptown location with Erica and Imani was such a wonderful experience! They were both very kind, patient, and gave great fashion frame advice!!

Imani is an excellent Optician; I was promptly welcomed and greeted with a joyful smile. She assisted me throughout the entire process. We walked the store to select frames that suited my look and accommodated my prescription. I was informed of the lens selection and type that would be best and moved forward with my purchase. I was able to share my vision prescription quickly and was happy that I could easily use Affirm financing in-store. Thank you, Imani, for going above and beyond to assist me. I made an appointment for an eye exam, I confirmed the eye exam, I called this store to confirm they did eye exams. When I show up to the store, they inform me they don't do exams. I'm a busy person, so I'm pretty sure this is funny to the employees in the store. Not sure if they understand that an eye exam does not mean getting your glasses adjusted, and when I showed the young man in the store my appointment for an eye exam, he was dumbfounded and very confused, because they don't give eye exams at the store. so how can I make an appointment for my exam, confirm it, if they don't offer eye exams at the store.

I didn't even know about the brick and mortar store. So happy I was able to see and try on different style. The store was extremely clean and inviting. I was acknowledged right away when I walked in and the different areas of frames were explained. Mr. Ron Wright helped me and found frames that fit my face better than the ones I originally picked. I was just looking but I did purchase a pair. Great store! Thank you to all the staff. Go check it out in Uptown, right next to the Apple store! Great experience.

Went to Warby Parker specifically after learning about their Low Bridge Fit eyeglasses. As someone who is visibly East Asian and struggles to find glasses that stay on my face, I was impressed. Imani, the optician helping me, was also great. Can't wait for my new frames to come in! Update: I got my frames in the mail, so they needed an adjustment. A different employee (whose name I unfortunately do not remember) adjusted both pairs with no problem.

3/24/24 I went in looking for a eyeglass repair kit. Thinking it I was a long shot but went in anyways and asked about the kit. I was told they don’t sell them but they could help fix my glasses. And I let them help repair my glasses. The glasses needed a new nose pad. The sales person helped me out no problem and it was a big help. I’m gonna come back and buy some new glasses from them soon.

Walked in knowing exactly which glasses I wanted. Ron was professional and knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed in about 15 minutes. Then he cleaned and repaired my current WP glasses. Great experience!

Quick, professional, and personalized experience! Glasses really are a part of our identity and I appreciated excellent customer service from the staff, especially Ron. He saved my selections, for a new job, when I had to step out and come back. They even stayed late when they didn’t have to and I wasn’t rushed out, it meant a lot.

Visiting from LA. Walked into this location with glasses that got bent crooked in my Luggage, they not only fixed my glasses no charge they gave me a case for it. “When they’re not on your face, they go in the case” regarding my glasses. 🤓

I was always intrigued by your commercials on tv. But hesitant to deal with trying them and then dealing with shipping back if I didn’t like them. I happened to drive by your store in Albuquerque and I had time to stop and shop. I was surprised at how comfortable they were and the selection and frames at $95! The staff was very helpful and informative. They were able to verify if my insurance would cover the lenses and they were not covered, but I purchased the frames
