The sales associate who had helped me was the best,informative and was really the best part of my experience there at Williamsburg Brooklyn location. After seeing a tv commercial for Warby Parker, on September 15, 2025 my wife and I decide to book an appointment to get new prescription eyeglasses. Dr. Joanna Kim was exceptionally attentive and patient. She answered all our questions. The place was clean and inviting. Team member Ayanna was professional, patient, and friendly. She showed us about a dozen different and wonderful frames. After making our selection it took about 7-10 days to receive my new glasses. I was having problems with the new frame it ended up being too bulky and uncomfortable on my face. After about 10 days, I went back to see if they could order me a new frame. I met Amaryillse, very professional & courteous, who was able to order me a new frame with new lenses which fit my face much better. After receiving my new glasses, I went back to get them adjusted. I was glad that I went on that day because I met team member Jayleen. She was professional, friendly, and adjusted my glasses in just a few minutes. Even though it took a couple of visits to get everything right, I am glad I did because I got to meet this wonderful team at North 6th Street. Their level of commitment to quality and customer service is exceptional. Thanks Ayanna, Amaryillse, & Jayleen!

Easy shopping experience. I have been wanting to get a new pair of glasses but for various reasons the stars haven’t aligned (haven’t had time to verify prescription, I live outside the country, etc). Warby Parker’s in-store experience makes trying on new glasses straightforward and stress free. I appreciate how staff members are readily available when you need help, but not following you around the store. Looking forward to my new Warby glasses!

I had a great experience at this Warby Parker location. I made an eye check reservation on a weekday when it wasn’t as busy as the weekends in Williamsburg, and all went smoothly. The eye doctor did a wonderful job and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Jake was fun to work with when trying to locate the right frames for me. His feedback as well as the rest of the teams’ thoughts were helpful when trying to make a final decision. I’m excited to get my new frames! Thank you, Warby Parker.

Very unfortunate experience. I went to get an exam for contacts for the first time. The optometrist did not explain the caveats of using contacts when having astigmatism and she didn't offer different trials before making me buy a full supply. She had a bad attitude the whole time. The sales person pressured me into buying a yearly supply which I ended up doing. I work all day in front of a laptop and the contacts were very uncomfortable. My vision was even worse than w/o contacts. I read online that it is customary at other practices to get different trial lenses before getting a supply to find the right fit. Unfortunately I was not offered this option and was pushed to buy a yearly supply. I went back to get a follow up appointment which was with a different optometrist. I explained my issues and she mentioned that contacts with astigmatism aren't as good as glasses and that they are not the best option when working all day with a laptop. These are things I would have want to know during my first appointment. She ordered some trials but they took forever to arrive. I went more than two weeks after to ask about the trials and only one paired had arrived. Since I was moving abroad soon I asked if I could just try those. Unfortunately, the doctor there that day was the first one I saw (the one who did not offer trials) and she wasn't helpful at all so she didn't let me try the trials. Another point to mention is that the staff seems to be rotating all the time so most of them are always clueless when you ask questions and don't want to help. Overall I felt like they didn't care about my health, they only wanted me to buy a yearly supply for their numbers.
