Could not recommend this place more! I’ve come here for both my eyeglass and contact lens exams, as well as for eye care when I had a scratched cornea. The staff is incredible—friendly, efficient, and professional. I was seen promptly, and the doctors and team here always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This location is a solid alternative to heading into Manhattan. The team is attentive, helping not only fit you with the frame that fits your face, but also take the time to check and double check that the Rx will fit properly with the frame you choose. Shout out to Brendan for taking the time to help correct an order for another store where I didn't get the same level of service. Grateful for his help and for the time!

Brendan and Bee were amazing, patient, and honest in helping me repair my glasses and help with deciding upon a new pair. I cannot say enough of what a good experience I had. If I could get ten stars, I would give 11 (Spinal Tap Movie reference)!

Bright, helpful, not too busy. Have had two eye exams and ordered two rounds of glasses. Brendan was relentless in helping me deal with the focus and fit on my narrow wire frame progressives, most appreciated!

I broke my glasses. The sign that I needed go get my new glasses. But I now I was desperate. I went to Warby Parker. In the past, I cracked the frame. They put my old lenses in another frame. I used those until my new once arrived. This is what happened this time as well. Thank you for accommodating my need.

!!BEWARE!!: I visited this location as a first time customer and was scammed $800+. I went in for an eye contact exam to which I was told that if I purchased a year supply of eye contacts I would be given a $350 discount with a $50 discount if I submit some type of form back with my receipt back to Acuvue. I knew I had a bad feeling about it when I was asking several questions and the person who took care of me wasn’t really clear about the process and told me that I can just ship the contacts back for a refund if I found it to be too many, which I am scared now to do or wonder if I even will get a refund the way I got tricked out of a large sum of money. After trying to submit the form for the $350 back I came to find out that the link to acuvue doesn’t work on several browsers and have tried to get in contact with customer service so many times. I looked up what was going on with my situation online only to find out many forums on how this method is a scam by many eyewear stores and suppliers. I also haven’t received a shipping link or call back for the glasss I brought from then after being promised that it will be delivered in 10 days, it’s been more than 10 days already. You guys should be so ashamed of yourself and I would never be a customer of yours again!!

I ordered progressive transition glasses on August 6, 2025. Even though I already had a prescription, Warby Parker recommended I take their eye exam to place the order, so I did and paid for it. I was told the glasses would be ready in 10 business days. Instead, 32 days later, I had received no updates, and the website only showed my order as "in process." I finally went to the store to cancel, and while the staff was polite and professional, I was told that the eye exam cost would not be refunded—even though the exam was only done for these glasses that never arrived. The in-store team is excellent, professional, and friendly; no complaints at all, but Warby Parker’s production services failed to deliver on their promised timeline. As a paying customer, I was left with no glasses, wasted time, and an unnecessary exam fee. I chose Warby Parker for positive reviews, but my experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Bee is fantastic! She’s a licensed optician at Warby Parker Court Square and helped transfer my lenses from my old frames into a new pair quickly, carefully, and at no charge. Her kindness and professionalism made my day. Thank you, Bee! Highly recommend asking for her.

Great selection, good prices and friendly staff

I had the best experience here. I haven’t purchased glasses in over 15 years, and I feel a lot of anxiety and pressure around choosing a frame that looks good. Caitlin was extremely supportive throughout the process while also giving me my space. I couldn’t believe how smoothly the entire transaction went. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and feel confident about the selection I made. My only concern is that I wasn’t interested in any of their promos because I really just wanted a single frame, and I hope that didn’t hurt Caitlin’s performance score. I 💯 recommend this business/location. Everything was perfect.
