Book an eye exam
This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.
We're in-network with several major insurance carriers, and we also make it easy to use out-of-network benefits. (Coverage may vary by location or plan.) Get all the details here.

Whether you purchased online or in a Warby Parker store, we can help you out.We also accept returns and exchanges for contact lenses within 30 days of purchase if they're in their original, unopened box.
Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

I went today to get my crooked Warby Parker frames fixed, and the lady who helped me (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) did an excellent job. She took her time to make sure the frames were perfectly aligned and fit me properly, not just making guesses. She even checked the alignment herself and made sure I was completely satisfied before finishing up. Really appreciated the care and attention she gave!

I had an excellent experience at this location tonight. I showed up a bit before they closed expecting to not be serviced since they seemed to be performing duties. I was promptly helped by Andrea with an inviting smile. Aside from excellent conversation regarding berserk and bloodborne with Andrea (and one piece with dhiloren), Andrea went above and beyond when it came to adjusting glasses, even taking the time to change out the bridge holder for my glasses. All in all, an excellent experience.
