This store is located on the corner of Fifth Ave. and 15th St., just one block west from Union Square Park. The nearest subway stop is 14 St–Union Sq Station, which is served by the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, and W trains.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

The manager at the Union Square Warby Parker (Hakim?) is an absolute G. He and the staff were really top notch. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He even spent the extra time helping me replace a damaged pair of glasses. I didn't have to do a thing and he made it so quick and easy. Don't go anywhere else. Thanks Again guys!

The place was well organized and although there were many options, how things were set up and organized made choosing feel less overwhelming, I went on two different occasions to shop around and both times everyone was really helpful with me. I bought three different styles with my FSA card and had no issues paying.

First time WP shopper today. I brought in rx from a doctor who doesn't provide materials. I always say advertising is irrelevant (if I don't want a Prius, it doesn't matter how many times I have to see the commercial) but in cases where the consumer may not have brand awareness, I see (haha) it works.
Price, selection and hipness are as advertised. Might could use more locations, but OK. Best part of the shopping experience was the friendly helpful technician, Vilma. Although I ended up with the style I had in mind going in, she picked out several other good frames, and explained the different options for lenses. Seemed to be only one or maybe two other techs on duty at the moment, but evidently I picked a slow hour, so I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes.
Style and quality of frames look good, and my lenses are way out of date, so I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses next week.

I definitely don’t recommend this place, yesterday, November 4, I bought some sunglasses, they gave me the sealed product. When I used the glasses I realized that I had some scratches on the glasses, so I came today, November 5, to have the change done and they told me that I could do it. I chose different glasses because the ones I bought didn’t have them, they went to check if they had glasses of those and no, they didn’t. I chose others again and they told me they didn’t have them either. I think they are not interested in product changes due to factory damage. They are only interested in selling. Nor was the advisor able to tell me what glasses they had available, all he did was go see in the warehouse and then tell me that he didn’t have those glasses available that I chose

I am so disappointed my current experience. Had my eyes examined and glasses made at the location. Glasses prescription did not work for me and i tried to adjust to it for a few weeks with no success. It was easy to return the glasses but when i tried to get a re-examination i had emails from at least 5 different people who each addressed my email as though it was new and said something different each time. So disappointing - i previously really liked shopping here.

I had an ongoing urgent eye issue, confirmed by the doctor at another Warby Parker location. I was told repeatedly that this location had an ophthalmologist on site who could address my condition. I even reconfirmed before coming in. Yet when I was literally 5 minutes away, I was informed there was no ophthalmologist available.
This meant I wasted time, money, and energy visiting two different locations while still in pain, with no care provided. To make it worse, they put me through a routine eye exam and recorded prescription numbers, despite knowing I had an active infection and that any prescription would inevitably change once treated. It felt careless and exploitative.
The complete lack of communication, misrepresentation about having an ophthalmologist, and disregard for my urgent medical condition was unacceptable. This was a total failure in patient care, professionalism, and basic respect for a patient’s time and health.
If you need more than a basic vision check, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Been a customer for several years now, usually at the Greene St store in Soho, NY. Always great service. But since having moved, went to the store on E.15th on 5th Ave. for new pair, and was assisted by Ariel. She was so patient and helpful, not only in picking new glasses, but also with new prescription, which I had questions on since getting prescription readers. She's phenomenal and hope she gets a raise!
