This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.
We're in-network with several major insurance carriers, and we also make it easy to use out-of-network benefits. (Coverage may vary by location or plan.) Get all the details here.

Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

I stopped by Warby Parker to see if my glasses could be fixed. They were stretched out and one screw was loose. Ant’s customer service was excellent! Plus the glasses were cleaned and I got a new case to protect them! Super nice, warm person! Now I feel like I have new sunglasses! Thank you!

I'm appalled by the way that I was spoken to by the member of staff, AJ? that was clearly more interested in his phone than the customers. I was rushed this day as I had a train to catch but I definitely will not be revisiting.

I’ve been a Warby Parker customer for many years, and I can honestly say their customer service is excellent. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to help. On my last visit, they patiently worked through manually entering my insurance information so I could complete my purchase without any issues. I Had a great experience at Warby Parker Union Sq. We were visiting from Europe and my son broke a branch on the frame of his prescription glasses. We went at different optic shops in the neighbourhood to try to find a solution (permanent or temporary) given that we did not have the time to wait for new lenses to be prepared. Nobody could help us, but one shop on the other side of Union Square advised us that if a shop could help us, it would be Warby Parker a block away. And indeed, Lemond helped us! He tried several solutions, adapted screws and frames, but just as important as his expertise, he was professional and friendly. Without going into the details, he offered the most cost effective solution given our medical insurrance abroad and as result a new pair of glasses that can last for years.
Lemond's colleagues Kim and Paulina also very kindly helped us on another visit 3 days later just before our travel back.
This team offered us the best experience we could wish for, and now i understand why even the competition in the neighbourhood send their clients this way.
