This store is a happy, welcoming place. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I received a complete eye exam, and found my perfectly beautiful regular and sun glasses. Prices are quite reasonable for high quality glasses. I highly recommend Warby Parker at 82 & Lex.

Dr. Naseem completed my eye exam today. She was kind, patient, a good listener, and truly showed she cared. I have had eye exams at several places and she was by far the best. I would absolutely recommend her to any patient. Warby Parker is lucky to have such a great doctor on their staff!

This is my first time trying warby Parker and it wasn’t good. My eye exam went well but when I got my glasses in the mail I couldn't even read a sign across the street. On top of it when I tried on the glasses something felt off about the frames. That’s when I noticed they were assembled crooked. I called customer service but all they can offer is to redo the eye exam. But this experience was so bad I don’t even want to come back and waste more time back and forth. Now i’m returning the glasses but at least offer a refund for issuing the wrong prescription from the eye exam. Also they salespeople like to pressure you into buying their glasses. I didn’t feel comfortable in the store

I really enjoyed my experience at the Lexington Ave location. I was greeted by the staff and checked in by James. I was seen by the doctor right on time. She was very welcoming and patient. She even suggested I return for an even more comprehensive exam. I felt very comfortable with that suggestion. Lastly, Azuré helped me to select not only one pair of glasses but 3! She discussed options as well as made suggestions for me that actually suited my face structure. Even with being indecisive, Azuré was patient with me. I will recommend this location to my friends.

I came here today with my wife with three pairs of glasses total all in desperate need of an adjustment. These scenarios often end up being awkward as it’s hard to get the perfect fit. Too tight on the sides, sliding down the nose etc. Enter Brittany - patient, kind, down to earth, helpful and an amazing problem solver. Brittany wasn’t my first stop - a different optometrist was and there was no competition; Brittany was incredible. It’s a first world problem for sure, but when one’s glasses aren’t comfortable you quickly find yourself thinking about lasik and today, Brittany threw her hero cape on and kept me (and my wife) in the glasses world for another day. Thank you Brittany and Warby Parker!

I was not impressed with the selection of glasses. However I picked a nice maroon frame with transitions. What came in the mail was not the color I wanted, nor did it have the transitions. Disappointed. I may have to go to the store for an exchange. The Eye Clinic was the only positive. The Eye Clinic was very thorough at 1209 Lexington branch.

Not a sustainable company. My lenses chipped and my prescription is still valid which I got from this store. They will not replace the lenses in the glasses I bought from their store. I have to re-buy the same frames. They told me I could donate my frames. But to who?

I went to the store on the upper East side. I was welcomed with a smile and greeting.Then an associate by the name of Arturo helped me. I had wanted glasses for people with little or no nose bridge. He observed I had a cane and a knee brace(healing torn meniscus). He offered to go upstairs and get options for me. I was appreciative and it showed professionalism and efficiency on his part. I also received help choosing the right pair for the shape of my face. This is important, because the wrong pair would not only look bad ; it could also not be appropriate for progressive lenses.In another store ,an associate was more concerned about up sizing to a brand name. That person did not know ,I am privy to game of glasses being made cheaply and sold to the unbeknownst buyer at a high price because of a" brand".That being said, I at least know I will get quality and a pair will be donated to a person in need. This was another motivational factor in choosing Warby.

I recently had skin cancer on my eyelid so 40% of my right eye lid was removed. I’ve never needed glasses before but my doctor recommended getting a UV prescription glasses or wear sunglasses. The crux of my issue is that I suffer from color blindness, so in low light wearing sunglasses makes it almost impossible to see and I end up walking into things unintentionally. I went to Warby Parker in my neighborhood after doing some research online, I was met by a very pleasant and helpful sales associate by the name of Eric. I explained to him my situation and describe the style of frame I was looking for. He was very helpful and made the entire process of buying my first pair of glasses that were not sunglasses more enjoyable than any other glasses purchase I’ve ever made. Give this man a raise!
