As always the Warby Parker Kenwood associates greeted me with a smile. Associate Owen determined I needed a new frame. He was knowledgeable and professional He conferred with DaVaughn and he adjusted the new frame. He even tilted the lense a bit to help with reading. As always it was a pleasure to deal with a great company and great associates. I'll be sure to recommend Warby Parker to my friends and family. Do not get your annual eye exam here! Every person I know who has come here had an eerily similar, terrible experience with the optometrist. She is very friendly and expresses seemingly genuine interest about your vision concerns but she cannot determine an accurate prescription! She has no business practicing under the credibility and protection of such a large company. On top of this, Warby Parker (corporate) has the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Their phone tree will not get you to a store representative and they outsource their call centers overseas. Their email service is an incredibly dysfunctional AI that will continuously send you a longer version of the same response, promising to put you in touch with people but never following through. UPDATE: After taking time out of my work day to physically go into the store, I was met with exceptional customer service. The store manager, Rachelle, was understanding, courteous, and did everything she could to make things right. I would still not recommend this location for the exams but I would recommend the store for shopping and general vision Information. The store employees at this location are a perfect example of why humans should never be replaced by AI and important tasks should be entrusted to knowledgeable employees rather than outsourced.

Honestly, the best optical experience I’ve ever had in my life Dr. Clark was amazing and so were the opticians. I like how they worked as a team and how upbeat and fun they all were. The wide selection of glasses and shades, they have plus finding out that if I didn’t like the glasses I picked I could always return them within 30 days and they would go to someone in need, which I think is a very lovely thing about Warby Parker. Also, are very affordable. Another thing I would like to point out is that they made me comfortable when they asked me my pronouns and if I had a preferred name. Warby Parker is a 10/10

I had the absolute best experience here today! I battled the horrible parking situation at the mall just to visit Warby Parker. Cora, who assisted me, was sincerely friendly, and helped me figure out my glasses in record time.
