The selection and the associate that helped me purchase my glasses-5/5. The optician who was supposed to adjust my glasses on June 6 shortly after receiving them 0/5. The optician who adjusted them yesterday and identified the problems 5/5. The store selection and purchase process is excellent. The communication via email about the status of the purchase is also very good. However, my first trip to get the frames adjusted on June 6 was frankly bad. The first optician either was incompetent or lazy (maybe both). She brushed off my concerns that the glasses did not sit straight on my face. She tried to assign blame to the frame style and my ears. As a person who has worn glasses for years, this is laughable. I went back into the store yesterday and thankfully a different optician was available. She immediately identified the problems including an issue with a lens not being correctly seated in the frame. She also seemed surprised that the glasses had been adjusted by someone in store on a previous visit and apologized . My frames now sit correctly across my face and around my ears. It’s difficult to recommend this location knowing that you may get poor service when needing an adjustment of the frames.

We ordered 4 pairs and had issues with all 4! Wrong prescriptions put in wrong glasses, issues with shipping, glasses taking way longer than 10 days to arrive. The prices for single vision are great, but beyond that, it is expensive.

Often wondered about the quality and service of Warby Parker. On .my first I stopped in to investigate. I was so impressed with the quality of the product and the price point but the star was the staff. They were helpful, knowledgeable and wonderfully pleasant. I ended up purchasing my glasses when I was only going to look.

Warby Parker provides a wide selection of beautiful and affordable frames. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

My family has been wearing WP for years and I have to say this is one of their better stores that I've been to. I went to the one in Beachwood a few times but the experience is nowhere near here. They should learn from this team. Cheerful, friendly and willing to help. I wanted a blue/purple pair and Mark patiently picked out almost every pair with similar color. I ended choosing different pairs lol but it was a fun time at the store and no one rushed me to do anything. While I was there I feel like they treat other customers with the same attitude. Thank you for your hard work!

The staff at Warby Parker was very very patient and helpful. As a new prescription glasses wearer, they were very patient with me while I had several questions and spent a lot of time picking out the frames that I like the best. They were not pushy or aggressive with trying to get me to make a decision, which I really appreciated as this was a whole new world for me.. Graham and the rest of the staff that work there were very knowledgeable and helpful through every step of picking out the right eyeglasses for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

My wife and I went to Warby Parker for the very first time to get eye exams and a new pair of glasses. Our experience at the Summit Mall location was surprisingly positive and it started with just walking in the entrance and being greeted cheerily. It’s a small place but all of their frame styles were out and their prices visible. Eye exams were done by Julia Lentz, O.D. and we found her to be thorough and very pleasant. Graham was really helpful getting us proper styles to match our needs (I need progressive lenses) and he took more time to measure my eyes for the glasses I picked than anyone else ever had for previous glasses I’ve purchased with other vision stores. There was also the person who welcomed us when we arrived and got us checked in—a cheery older gentleman who was super friendly and eager to help. He kept my wife engaged with conversation until I was done with my eyeglass measurement and payment. This was a really unique and enjoyable experience for us and I have a feeling we’ll be back! ** UPDATE 9/6/25 ** My wife and I returned to the Summit Mall store this morning so I could purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses and so she could get her prescription sunglasses adjusted. There were three different people there today, but we got the same cheery reception and great quality of service that we got the first time!
