Got a great pair of glasses for my daughter. The store had a good selection. My daughter decided to change something on her order and called customer service after hours and they were very nice and helpful. Our sales person Rachel was very knowledgeable and honest about what glasses looked the best which we appreciated. Will definitely continue to shop there!

Had such an incredible experience at WP in Liberty. Throughout the process of picking out glasses, getting them adjusted, and everything in between, I could not have felt more supported and accommodated by the staff! Dave truly took his time helping me, making sure I was happy with my glasses and made me feel comfortable enough to come back with any issues. I cannot speak highly enough about this location! I know you can shop online, but going in person is such a game-changer in finding your perfect fit.

Brendan Betley was an absolute standout—professional, patient, and truly committed to making sure both my elderly mother and I walked away with exactly what we needed. Brendan took his time with our measurements, ensured a perfect fit, and made sure we understood all our options. Even though we were out of state, ordering and shipping the glasses to California was seamless. He handled every detail and even extended a 15% discount to us. When the glasses arrived, we were amazed—no adjustments needed. They fit perfectly, looked beautiful, and our vision is crystal clear. The quality of the frames, lenses, and price easily beat LensCrafters and other optical stores we’ve tried in the past. The frame selection at Warby Parker is incredible, and Brendan made it even easier by noting our top three favorite styles in the system for future purchases. I even called him afterward to request another frame be sent, and he happily made it happen. Special thanks also to Jenn and Dave, who contributed to the welcoming and team-focused atmosphere. Dave and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. I am so happy I decided to come into Warby Parker after being quoted way too much over at LensCrafters. I was able to purchase 2 pairs for $200 cheaper than what LensCrafters offered (including the highest index lens.) I had my daughter with me and they let her use a coloring book to keep busy while I browsed. I will definitely only be shopping at WP for glasses now.

I had a great experience today at Warby Parker. I had been looking at some sunglasses online but wanted to try them on in person, so I was excited to learn they had opened a spot at Liberty Center. They were super helpful, and I was in and out. Best part, they are shipping my sunglasses right to my house, so I don't have to make another trip out.

Everyone was helpful and informative. They left me alone to shop, but were attentive to when I needed help. Smiling, happy, positive vibes with a clean, upbeat, and well laid out store. The process was seamless, quick, and enjoyable. I’ve found my new optical store!

After a 25-minute commute to Liberty Center turned into 1.5 hours due to traffic plus another 20+ minutes to find a place to park on a beautiful Friday evening, I was a frazzled mess by the time my kids and I got to WP. When we walked in the door, I realized that we had 3 minutes until the store closed and panicked, thinking that it would be another few weeks before we could try to get back there, but Jenn met us so kindly and told my son to take his time. She wasn't kidding. Her kindness and determination to help him find the perfect frame went so far above and beyond. Jenn was so kind and patient with my son. Even though I was trying to hurry up his decision-making process since it was past closing time, she took the time to ask him questions to discover his style and preferences. Rachelle wasn't far behind going to retrieve frames from the back room and really pitching in to help my son along. While he was making up his mind, I started browsing and Rachelle told me about the discount for purchasing multiple frames and helped me to pick out a pair! Long amazing story short, Rachelle and Jenn kindly stayed well after the store closed to give us the most amazing personalized service and best experience I have ever had while shopping. We ended up ordering three frames that night. I will always go back there before shopping anywhere else for frames. Eternally grateful for the kindness, compassion, and sacrifice to stay late to help us.
