I had a wonderful experience at the Warby Parker store in Lancaster! Salespeople all worked together to help me find the perfect glasses. Selection of frames was great! Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson walked me through options for lenses, was patient with my questions, and was friendly. I will shop here in the future.

the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and had great customer service skills. The optometrist was very professional and the exam was very thorough. I definitely will come back again.

I have been a loyal customer of Warby Parker for over 12 years (back when you could only get them sent in the mail for at-home try-ons) and they have never disappointed me. The dedication to affordable eyewear along with many style choices and fantastic customer service has had me returning to them year after year. So when I had hit my first ever snag in ordering my new pair of glasses I went to my New local storefront in Lancaster, PA where Victoria (the manager) was so helpful. She spent over 40 min on the phone trying to rectify the problem due to a computer issue along with an insurance issue and was so pleasant about it all even though it was a holiday and IT was short staffed. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my order filled. I am grateful she took the time to explain to me what happened and what she did to "fix" it. I appreciated the transparency and kindness. Where else can you get $95 prescription glasses that are now covered under many vision insurance plans?! Even when they did not take insurance I only ordered through Warby Parker because without insurance they are still more affordable than the "name" brands and I hate to break to it anyone that doesn't know this- all your designer frames are made in the same 3 facilities with the same materials. Thanks to everyone at the Lancaster, PA location for all the help, and thanks to all the Warby Parker locations I have visited over the years!

My eye exam was thorough and did not feel rushed. All employees were friendly and helpful. Frame choices were more than adequate…so much so that it was difficult to decide! Ordering was quick, and they submitted the info to my insurance for me for the glasses. A day later, I already received an email that my order was ready for shipping. The savings compared to a traditional optical store was incredible.

We’ve been ordering Warby Parker online for years and loved the product and customer service. When they opened this store locally, we were so excited! The store experience was even better than online and it was fun to browse through hundreds of styles & get personalized help from knowledgeable employees. Stephanie was amazing - she did a great job with helping us with tips on best fit and made our purchase quick and easy. We will be back the next time we need glasses!
