Super convenient, I got an exam, new glasses, and contacts in one stop. Overall it took less than 30 mins. The staff was super helpful from the moment I walked in and created a really cool atmosphere. Even the doctor was really cool! Derrick offered his opinions and different options to help me find the right pair for my face. I definitely appreciated his opinions and suggestions because I was overthinking. So thank you, Derrick!

Came on Friday 8/15 around 6pm and was not greeted by any of the staff. One staff was helping a customer, but the other two were just talking among themselves at the counter. At no point as I was browsing the glasses did any of the staff come up to me and ask if I needed help with anything. I just walked out the store because the vibes were so bad. Poor customer service and lack of greeting and assisting customers has seemed to be an issue since at least 7 months ago based on other reviews at this location and this issue has still not been addressed.

The store was very low key and had great atmosphere, but the best part was Holland, the person who assisted me, I had been to two eyeglass stores, both on 18th Street in Philadelphia. One was difficult and I couldn't touch anything without someone opening a case for me. Since the salespeople were busy, I just left (I also didn't want $1,000+ glasses.) The other store had an arrogant salesman, so I left. Then I discovered Warby Parker on Walnut and loved that I could try everything on! When I was ready to ask questions, Holland appeared. Also low key and extremely nice. She offered advice about what size frames would and wouldn't work with progressive lenses and brought me several glasses to try that I hadn't seen. Your store is a gem and Holland is a keeper. A star.

Have lots of choices for glass frames. I sent an e-gift card coupon to my partner as a present and it was very easy to use. The staff and vibe was generally very good, but one of the staff was a bit weird (Derek or someone starts with D) - Not impolite, but not answering properly and showed a bit confusing attitude towards me. e.g. when I asked whether they have a same model for wide/narrow version, he just checked on his ipad (not saying yes or no) and disappeared- What am I supposed to do... wait? anyway I waited... and he got us the glasses. also when we were purchasing the item, he was asking whether we want the blue light filter in the glasses, and I was worried about glasses being a bit yellowish- he goes "Mine has it. Does it look yellow to you?" This was super confusing cuz we didn't speak to him before apart from asking whether there is this specific model and we'd like to purchase. Also he typed in wrong email address, so I cannot track where the glasses are, and Warby parker customer service is a bit slower via email. The other older lady next to him was nice though, saying the frame that we were purchasing is one of her favorite. I don't want to give a bad review because of one person, but I think this kind need to be addressed, so that other people don't have a same experience as I did.

Great staff! Highly recommend visiting, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
