Great place to get an eye exam. The optometrist was very thorough and great at explaining everything.

This is my second pair of glasses from Warby Parker, at Long Point Road store. Very happy with the glasses and the staff.

Overall bad experience, sales person danced around insurance questions, could not get a receipt emailed to me, called customer service after and got routed to overseas call center who had no record of my purchase and now cannot get reimbursed for insurance

I damaged eyeglasses I purchased from Warby Parker years ago. The optician was able to make a free repair in about 15 minutes. Great service by all.

GREEDY team - terrible service Wouldn’t swap lenses from broken frames into WP frames after being told by other Warby Parker location they would. Having been a customer from the beginning of Warby Parker, they’ve clearly turned into a greedy company and instead only want money from purchasing new glasses. Buy glasses elsewhere.

Staff was super helpful and answered all of my questions! I’m glad they have a location outside of downtown Charleston as well since you can just park right up front and walk right in!

The associate was very helpful m, tentative and nice. She helped me pick out multiple sets of glasses that would match my face and helped me settle on one. She made me feel welcomed and it was a pleasant experience, for my first time being in the store.

I haven’t been to Warby Parker, but I wanted to leave this review in hopes of reaching an employee there. Today my husband and 3 children were in a car accident at an intersection right outside of this establishment. I was not there, but my kids told me there was a very nice lady who came out with a bag filled with stickers, candy and water bottles. She sat with my children while my husband spoke with the officers. I just want to say thank you so, so much for going above and beyond for my girls when I couldn’t be there. Your generosity does not go unnoticed! We really appreciate you lending a helping hand 🩷

When I walked in the store, there were three or four sales people and I was the only client. I was much relieved because it was Saturday. I thought they would be crowded. Apparently I just missed the rush. My person who helped me was very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me pick out a frame. I’m looking forward to my new glasses.
