First time to go inside a Warby Parker store. I was impressed with their selections and also the prices are much lower than I have paid on previous pairs of eyeglasses!! I'll shop here again!

We ran here last minute to measure my sons pupils (per on line request) and I felt horrible but the employee didn’t seem the least annoyed and took care of both kids in record time (with minutes to spare)! Definitely love the selection and ease of everything! Highly recommend!

I’ve got to sing Warby Parker’s praise. The scheduling was easy, I forwarded the appointment to my office calendar and when I added it I guess it sent an email and they responded with “Hi, we received an email with no message, how can we help?” which was amazing… The optometrist, Dr. Chao, was great and their fitting specialist, David, did a great job helping me find something that was me (although the whole team let me do a fashion show). All in all, a really great experience from start to finish in Allen and we had an equally great experience in Dallas on Knox & Henderson.

Where do I begin? I make an appointment in store, for a glasses and contact prescription. I am told it will take 30 minutes. In disbelief I said, are you sure? I was assured that was the normal appointment timeframe for both exams. So, what happens? I end up running out of my appointment which was not done yet because I had to pick up my child from daycare. Since I hadn’t paid yet, I had to come back with a sleeping toddler who ended up being awoken from her nap and having a complete meltdown while trying to get things paid for and ordered and waiting for others to be helped in the meantime slowed everything down, which had me running to get my next child from school (late just like the first one), because timeliness and any sense of urgency was just not a concern— leaving me frustrated. So then, I get the glasses. They are not right. Can’t see out of them, things have colors around them and corners are obscured. Turns out someone carelessly didn’t put the right prescription in and therefore they need to be returned. Then, they want me to go back in for a recheck with the doctor. Even though this was supposedly a mistake due to putting in the wrong power lens. So I say ok. Nothing really changes. Get the new glasses and still feel dizzy, obscured vision etc. I am now told to go back in for a re-check. 3rd time. I’m sorry ya’ll if you can’t get it right the first and second time, I am going somewhere else. I don’t have time. I am then threatened that if I do not go back for a THIRD exam they will not refund me my exam and I will have to pay for the exam elsewhere. So I go elsewhere anyway, after returning the second pair of glasses and now we are at me tryin to get glasses and contacts for 2 months with no luck. So the new optometrist gets my prescription correct the first time. My prescription is the same as it had been 4 years ago. About -.75 off from Warby Parker’s prescription and now I need to return the contacts and get my money back to get the correct prescription for those as well. Some chick Jade I spoke with, a manager at Warby has the audacity to tell me they will not refund me for the exam or contact fitting, but she is “truly sorry for my awful experience,” and offers me a credit for glasses instead of refunding my exam fee! Ummm, that is the most self centered, ingenuine “apology,” and clearly all you care about is somehow ensuring you get money out of me even though no one there cares to do their job accurately and efficiently. Wasting 2 months of my time to where now I have the right prescription and glasses, I don’t need a credit, I need my money back! This place is a joke. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I walked into the Watters location in of Warby Parker in Allen, Texas to fill my new prescription. The employee welcomed me and showed me how the frames were organized. While the employee checked my insurance I browsed frames and chose the best style for me. He quickly told me that the lenses were covered and that my cost would be only the frames. The transaction was convenient, efficient and inexpensive. I am now a Warby customer for life!

5 weeks after my appointment and i still can't get my contacts prescription emailed to me to order. Its the middle of the summer and I have to wear glasses every day. I have no idea why but I call every day to ask them for it.

Not a good customer service for this store location. Not impressed with the staffs. They aren’t really helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance. I called Wayby Parker customer service on the phone, I spoke to insurance team myself, stated that they accept my insurance and I can visit store for choosing glasses and order it. So, I went to this store location (Watters Creek) When the staffs checked my insurance and they said it’s not covered. I told them that I did call Wayby Parker insurance team and they said my insurance is active and good to use. But staffs just keep saying”NO” and not really eager or cooperated to help me in anyway. I have to call Warby Parker customer service myself and talked to insurance team again and I put on speaker phone so everyone can hear that my insurance is good to use. My complaint is the staffs including store manager specifically this location, they DON’T really at least try to help or call insurance team themselves or do something that showing they really care customer. When it comes to something difficult or do more work on some cases, they just ignore you and not really eager to help. I’m ended up ordered through Wayby Parker customer service on the phone and I love my glasses. They are very helpful and tried to find a way to help. I appreciated them, on the other hand for this store location (Watters Creek).

From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out I was encouraged to try on frames there was even someone there that help me get the right frames and tell me if they look good on me or not. They paid a great deal of attention to me and I so appreciate it.

Very kind and helpful staff. We got there 15 minutes before Shop closing, and the staff was still super patient and even helped me made selections. The purchase was very smooth, quick and efficient. I look forward to visiting again.

Attentive staff. Knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They explain process well (try on, choose style, choose lens/tint options, pay, receive in mail, come in for sizing adjustment while you wait, 30 days from date received total satisfaction) and reiterate 30 day satisfaction from date received.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and extremely nice. Dr Chow was thorough and I learned a great deal from him. My appointment was late but well worth the wait.

My online experiences was so easy and effortless! I loved being able to try on pairs at home before I bought glasses! Shortly after I got my glasses, i accidentally scratched them and called Allen location to see what I could do to get them fixed. The man I spoke to was so kind, understanding, and quick to resolve my issue! I have had no issues with this company and getting my prescription glasses!!

On April 15th, 2024 I found the pair of frames that I wanted. A guy named Asher write up the order for frames and lenses, etc, He made a point of pulling out a pair of frames that were new ( so I would not be receiving the demo pair)! A few days later I get a msg saying that where they make the glasses they are out of the frames I want. I decide to go down to the store and get the pair of frames that I purchased on the 14th. A lady by the name of Tamara tells me that I can not have the frames because they are now on hold for a client of hers! It seems to me that if I have paid for them, they are mine! It doesn’t work that way at this store. I am told there are a pair of these frames at their Legacy West location and I can drive their and get them!
