amazing customer service & amazing options!!

Top tier experience at WP yesterday. It takes a lot to get me to City Centre simply b/c the parking is not ideal, but that has nothing to do with WP, just an example of how fantastic my experience was, despite how much I hate parking there. I walked in to try on a few frames I’d seen online and the sales associates were wonderful. I didn’t expect to actually order glasses yesterday but the suggestion that my associate made was so good I ended up placing my order in under 30 minutes start to finish. I can’t remember her very unique and cool name, but she asked me what I liked and selected exactly what I asked for, but in a frame I would never ever have chosen on my own. She was kind and very knowledgeable, and the benefits with my insurance were fantastic. I can’t wait to get my new glasses and try out transition lenses for the first time. Also, if I don’t love them, I know she’ll help me until I find the exact right pair. Full confidence in WP at this moment. Now, if their progressive channels are wide and really well-done, they’ll make me a customer for life! Thank you for the great service, y’all!

Great customer service but, employee typed in the wrong phone number and I didn’t realize it until I tried to leave delivery instructions on the website. Since they don’t have a direct phone number, I had to call the universal customer service phone number to get them to change my information. The employee in the store told me that if I needed to get in touch with them, then I would have to respond to text messages that they send out. Well, I never received any texts from them. Please make sure you look over your contact info after purchasing from Warby Parker! Perhaps employees should ask customers to verify if all info is correct before purchasing glasses.

This shop has great staffs! I am from overseas and accidentally stepped on my glasses. I came in helpless but the lady took a look at my old glasses and thought they might be able to fix that! - and they did 😀😀 Save my life as I travel by myself. And without my glasses I can’t do lots of stuff. Thank you Warby Parker CityCenter and thank you for the friendliness the United Sates! 🇺🇸 The staffs are very helpful and friendly. There are also many options for new glasses price ranged from $95 to $145. And it takes about 1.5 weeks to get to your house. Will definitely recommend this shop if you need a pair!

It's not easy to find a parking space but the staff is friendly and I liked their price and they don't try to up sell.
