The entire experience it’s been a nightmare!!! By far the worst experience “getting” glasses.
Always have gotten my glasses from a local business owner, and this time I though: I want to know what is like to experience a “bigger company” service, I could have not been more wrong. Should’ve never changed my clinic.
It all went south from the beginning, the customer service agents are polite, but they have literally no clue about anything.
I got in a chat to get an appointment and the agent said: you can just walk in, no problem. Drove for an hour to get there, and the person at front said: you won’t be able to get in, the Dr. is completely booked. So from there I should’ve left, but I didn’t. The front lady was nice, and she gave the extra mile to check with another client that was supposed to have an appointment, and this client was a no show, so “luckily” I got in.
They told me, 2 weeks and your glasses will be delivered, of course I was exited for the new glasses, and by the 2 week mark I checked with another customer service agent about the estimated time line, the agent had the nerve to tell me that they would be delivered that day! That they were on their way. And that was about two weeks ago.
Next day no glasses anywhere, contacted them again, and nobody was able to tell me what was going on. Then someone finally told me: they had an “ imperfection” and they were returned from quality check, so from a little imperfection they went back to star from scratch? My guess is that they did never even start working on them until I checked on them.
Today I get an email that they are out for delivery! And guess what, it is 10:00 pm and the glasses are nowhere to be found!
So first and last time trying to get glasses form this place.
Lesson learned, not changing my clinic to try the “bigger company” experience.
Now, it was supposed to be delivered by UPS, Ups provided a tracking number, and said it was out for delivery, and now it says they will provide the date of delivery, I called UPS and it’s not even around my area, and they don’t know what happened.
If I could give 0 stars I would!
