Best customer service I have ever had at an eye glass store. She helped fit my son to the perfect glasses. We ended up with exactly what we were looking for. The price was hard to beat too. Very pleased with my experience!

I had an absolute great experience here today! Everyone was friendly and professional. Same for the doctor. They helped me find out what my issue was and offered a solution. Top notch experience!!

It took just 15 minutes to get in and out with new glasses ordered. I tried on one pair, looked in the mirror like "be honest, what's this doing to my face," and instead of lying to me, they said YES. Too big. Straight to my face. I respected it immediately. They didn't have my size on display, but did that stop Xander and Seereth? It did NOT. Xander heard what I wanted, got this look in his eye like only a true leader can possess, and vanished into the back. Came back with the EXACT pair that I was looking for but couldn't describe. This is not a glasses store. This is a hostage negotiation where the hostage is bad vibes and Xander and Seereth are the elite tactical unit sent to rescue me from them. Xander and Seereth, I can now literally see a better future, and avoid the many almost- wrecks I have gotten into by not purchasing these glasses sooner.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the quality of Warby Parker glasses. The frames keep breaking, and the lenses don’t hold up well. Almost every six months, I find myself having to replace them. I expected much better durability and quality. After repeated issues, I’ve lost confidence in their products.

The Southlake Town Square location’s staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The eye exam was easy to book, the exam is thorough, they explained everything clearly and with kindness. They helped me pick out frames too once the eye exam was over. Highly recommend coming here for your eye exam and to snag some quality glasses!

.Poor Customer Service My wife and daughter were in the store for about 15 minutes before anyone spoke to them. Someone eventually acknowledged them briefly, but it was another 10 minutes before a young lady actually came over to help us. The biggest issue was the lack of acknowledgment. An employee named Carold made eye contact with us several times but never greeted us, even after finishing with his previous customer. We were left standing there until another employee finally helped us. Unfortunately, we were not the only customers experiencing this. Another woman came into the store and was greeted, but she still wasn’t helped until I spoke up and asked someone to assist her. A simple greeting and acknowledgment would have made a big difference. Customers should feel welcomed when they walk into a store, even if employees are currently helping someone else.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I drove an hr out to this location and I called prior to visiting. While speaking to the associate over the phone and scheduling my appointment an hour & a half before coming, there was no mention of a 5-minute grace period. My appointment was given to someone else without even notifying me of this unheard of policy. This is now my second attempt at making efforts to retrieve eye glasses within a 48hr window (at two separate locations). At this point, I’m losing interest in even pursuing purchasing glasses with this brand altogether. Drove over 40mi for nothing.

The eye practitioner was very knowledgeable and friendly. The frame options were ample, and the staff was capable and a joy to be around. I highly recommend this store.

The doctor on sight was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He gave me the prescription needed and explained everything in detail. Wonderful experience
