Christopher the optometrist was great!! 5/5 stars. Outstanding. Highly recommend.

The older lady with short hair who works there should find another job that doesn’t involve customer service! I went today with my family to buy glasses for my sister, and she was the rudest person ever!!! She was gesturing with her hands for me to move, didn’t even greet us when she was rudely pushing us away. She looked at us really badly, told us to be quiet in a very harsh way, and pressured us to make a decision. She even used a translator and translated to Spanish in a discriminatory and xenophobic way. It was honestly the worst experience with that lady!! I know we were a big group, but the other two young girls were very polite and kind to us. Maybe the older lady should learn from them about how to treat customers.

Maybe don't have appointments available for 9:45 when the store (and most entrances to the mall for that matter) don't even open until 10. Tried to call for assistance and apologize, and of course went to voicemail cause the store was closed. Wandered through the parking lot to find an available entrance. Love Warby Parker but this location is more trouble than it's worth

I received stellar customer service from the moment I walked in, and that includes the greeter, the optometrist’s assistant, the optometrist, and the salesperson Jarvis. He listened to what I wanted and needed in my eyeglasses selection. Jarvis gave me honest feedback and didn’t pressure me into getting something I didn’t want. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker and this one was amazing. I managed to find a variety of frames that I loved and already planning on coming back later in the year to get a 2nd pair. Dr. Zahora was professional, personable and made me feel comfortable during the exam. Alexis and the rest of the team were lovely, knowledgeable about the products, and showed great customer service. I would highly recommend stopping by!

Both times I visited this location, the sales associates were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Eye exam was thorough. The Optometrist was knowledgeable and gave some good tips on eye care. I also had great help choosing a pair of glasses. I usually take forever to decide and they were able to help me figure out a pair for me. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Jerious (like Jerry and Serious I believe) was great! He helped me choose between a few frames and when I discussed wishing something was slightly different on them, he found a frame that was similar and was exactly what I had in mind.

I was treated in a professional manner here. The staff is very knowledgeable and they listen to the customers needs.

Great, great experience in the store and with my exam. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I had glasses adjusted, and eye exam and purchased new glasses and each experience was perfect.
