Warby Parker has completely changed the way I buy glasses. The home try-on program is genius — I was able to pick 5 frames and try them on in the comfort of my home with zero pressure. The quality of the glasses is amazing, stylish, and super comfortable. Plus, the prices are so reasonable compared to traditional optical stores. Customer service was top-notch too. They were friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process seamless. I got my prescription lenses in no time, and they fit perfectly. Shoutout to Ali & Adam Highly recommend Warby Parker to anyone looking for stylish, affordable eyewear with excellent service!

Came in today 6/24 around 10:00am with the intention to buy a couple pairs of eyeglasses….and at least two pairs of sunglasses. There were four workers..two men and two women. The only ones really working and helping customers were the two men. The two women were behind the counter chatting and socializing amongst each other the whole time I was there. They were very unhelpful and one of them were even trying on glasses for herself while the other woman was letting her know whether they looked good or not. The store was pretty busy. Like I said the only ones working were the two men so, I couldn’t get them to help me. None of the two women offered to help me or give me advice on what would work best or give me my options or tell me about any promotions or deals. Literally behind the counter or in the back chatting and laughing the whole time. Once I seen that the two men were still busy helping other customers, as they should, I just ended up leaving. I shouldn’t have to ask for help or try to get the attention of the workers in the store whose job it is to help customers. Not socialize.

Let me say, I wear prescription glasses already, and I've been searching for the right size of clip on sunglasses for my glasses, searching online I noticed warby parker has a bunch of different sizes and styles that could meet my needs. I went to the nearest warby parker store for the chance I could find ones that would work, a 50/50 shot to be honest. The moment I stepped in to the one Loudoun store I was amazed. Not a lot of confusing ads or pushy sales at all. The sale associate walked up and asked if I needed any help, and I explained to him my situation. He agreed he couldn't guarantee that there clip ons would work, but as willing to help me find out if they could. He literally took the time to bring out each type to fit them to my glasses, 🤯 and you know what we found a pair that fit perfectly! Listen I have never been to a warby parker, but I can guarantee you this I will buy from them again without a doubt. This place is awesome. Update, the first order for my clip on sunglasses came out wrong, but this had nothing to do with the store location at all. The error came from the distribution center not the location. Honestly, mistakes are acceptable. Once I walked back into the One Loudoun store l, they took care of this issue right away, no charge and expedited shipping. They got to me in three days and boom it was the correct order, perfect fit and everything. I stand by my review of the Warby Parker store located at One Loudoun (Top Notch service.)

I had a great experience today. Employees were helpful and courteous. Really great selection. I have traditionally worn brand name glasses but Warby Parker had a great selection and the quality is on point.

I visited the Warby Parker store for the first time today. It was a great experience. I had plenty of selection in both sunglasses and eyeglasses. The staff was friendly and helpful - making suggestions for a better fit against the bridge of my nose, showing me the polarized sunglass options, etc.. I purchased a pair of sunglasses and a pair of eyeglasses for roughly $200 less than it would have cost for me to just replace my lenses at Lens Crafters! I would have rated this a 5, but I need to actually receive my purchases and test them out before a complete evaluation can be done.

Amazing service from Adam and Dr Kokabiyan! In and out before my appointment even started and my eyes are better than ever. What a miracle to have improving eyesight as you age (nothing else gets better!)
