Warby Parker has completely changed the game. I worked with Saad who took the time to thoroughly walk through all the best options. Found two pairs which I loved and ordered but unfortunately my eye doctor messed up my prescription. Without any hassle, I was able to return the new glasses to replace them with the correct prescription. These guys make getting glasses a wonderful process :)

One Loudoun Warby Parker is a great place to find your perfect pair of glasses at a reasonable cost. Friendly associates and no pressure sales experience. Will definitely be back!

I have purchased both glasses and sunglasses at several times at Warby Parker One Loudoun. The staff at this location is always courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean, and well stocked.

Emma is always so helpful when I go in to get glasses adjusted, pick out new frames, or solve another issue. I've also had great experience with eye exams at this location as well and would highly recommend.

Great experience shopping her with my daughter for new glasses. Everyone was very friendly and able to help quickly without much wait time. Did not hover but were close by if we had any questions.

I have been a customer of Warby Parker for years and always have had exceptional service. I decided to get my eye exam and the One Loudon location rather than some where else. This was my first and last time doing so. The doctor wrote an incorrect prescription which is very irritating due to the hoops you have to go through to correct it. They do not have a doctor on site and I was sent to another location in order to get it rectified quicker. This made the entire process of purchasing glasses become a real hassle. It's unfortunate but I will no longer use their Eye Dr's service.

I own 2 pairs of Warby Parker glasses. The staff here is very professional, helpful and fun to engage with. I recently damaged my glasses and the were replaced with no difficulties. I’m very pleased with the company policies and the employees.

I stopped by for a lens replacement and the entire process was quick and easy. The employees were very friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had! I previously have only used Warby for online purchases, but would definitely visit this location in the future for any in person services!

I am a fan of Warby Parker, but had a terrible experience at this location. I treated my daughter to an eye exam and two pairs of glasses. The optometrist got the prescription wrong and when the glasses came, she could not see out of one of the lenses in both pairs. I called customer service and they had my daughter bring the glasses to a Warby Parker near her home in another state, where they verified that the optometrist did in fact get the prescription wrong. Warby Parker gave me the money back for the glasses, but refused to refund me the money for the eye exam, even though they do not offer eye exams in my daughter's state. So I am out $80-something dollars for the eye exam, the time it took to get the exam, and despite several phone calls, Warby Parker will not document any of this in writing, so I am not able to arrange for another eye exam. They make great glasses, and I am a repeat customer, but from now on I will arrange for eye exams elsewhere and order online. Warby Parker should be ashamed of its poor customer service and the optometrist at One Loudon should be ashamed of her skills. They basically just stole my money.

Great experience at the One Loudoun location. Sales associates were helpful and friendly and the optometrist performed a thorough exam while answering all of my questions and concerns.

Ali made it a smooth process for me to purchase frames for my prescription lenses. He answered all of my questions. There was a varied selection for me to choose from.
