Absolutely amazing experience at Warby Parker today — 100/10! I wish I could remember his name (I’m so bad with names, sorry!), but the associate who helped me was phenomenal. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything — from frame styles to colors that complement my skin tone and hair color. As someone with a wide face and a low nose bridge — features that have sometimes been a source of insecurity for me as a Filipino — I was so touched by how respectfully and thoughtfully he approached everything. Not once did he make me feel self-conscious. Instead, he made me feel seen and beautiful. He took his time explaining my options, never rushed me, and never pushed me to buy anything I wasn’t sure about. He was attentive, patient, and truly listened to my preferences while offering helpful suggestions. I got to try on so many styles that actually fit my face well! I honestly wasn’t planning to buy anything today… but I walked out with two super cute pairs of glasses and a year’s supply of contact lenses. That’s how good the service was. Thank you again — this kind of care and professionalism deserves to be recognized!

A very simplified buying experience

Warby Parker at Mosaic is a great place to find glasses. Good location, great selection, good value and staff is great.

No about Warby Parker, but their attached (independent) eye exam office. To book an appointment for an eye exam, you use the Warby Parker site, which ask you which type of insurance you have. My Cigna insurance was on the list and this implied to me that Cigna was accepted. I leave work early to get to my appointment, only to find out they only accept one type of niche insurance, everything else would have to be submitted by the patient to their insurance as an out of network. It was $120 for a glasses exam and an additional $140 for a contacts exam. That is $260 out of pocket to get a piece of paper with your prescription and a hope your insurance will refund you. This poor experience could have been completely avoided if they were upfront on the WP site about not accepting major insurance carriers.
