My first visit to this location was phenomenal! I was greeted immediately upon walking in, and the two team members there (I regret not getting their names) were incredibly helpful, offering style suggestions and even recommending a color of frames I wouldn’t have considered otherwise — and I ended up purchasing those! The store was very clean, modern, and well-organized. Even though I came in already planning to buy prescription glasses, I never felt pressured to make a purchase or select upgrades. The checkout process was quick and easy. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and stylish, affordable frames.

Excellent styling assistance from the staff. So many choices but they make it easy to pick something new and different. Prices are reasonable.

The sales advisor Maram was so helpful and nice. I recommend asking for her when you come in. She has great recommendations too!

My experience was amazing. The whole team is attentive and sweet. Sandra (red square rimmed glasses) was absolutely phenomenal. She worked with me the last 20 minutes of my visit at checkout. I could not have asked for a better service. I will be returning. Additionally, as someone who cares about cost, the process and quality is completely fair. I did not feel embarrassed to talk about the cost of add-ons. They were honest and not pushy when it came down to it. I felt like they had the best intentions.

Shopping at Warby Parker was incredibly fast and easy! The whole process,from trying on frames to purchasing was seamless and efficient. The best part? They ship my glasses for free, so there’s no need to come back just to pick them up. Huge convenience! That said, I’ll definitely be coming back(especially to the Woodbridge location). Great customer service and a super smooth experience all around.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely valued as their inaugural shopper. The store itself was bright, modern, and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for browsing eyewear. Prices start at just $95 for both frames and lenses, which is incredibly competitive compared to other retailers in the area. I was amazed at the impressive selection of stylish, high-quality eyeglasses and sunglasses, offered by Warby Parker and purchased a pair. I can hardly wait until I get them in the mail.
