What a fabulous experience! I had the pleasure of meeting Juan and having a consultation with him. He was incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable on the glasses. With his help we found two glasses that worked for me. Thanks again to Juan, I’m excited to wear my new glasses.

My experience at Warby Parker stores has been hit-or-miss, but Ela at this location made shopping for glasses so much easier. She had initiative, was knowledgeable, and most importantly, was honest. I tried on tons of glasses and really felt like I left having purchased a pair that I loved. And the price is so much more reasonable than most places.

They fixed my sunglasses for free! The ear piece of my Ray Ban sunglasses fell off while I was near the store. When I went in the staff was eager help and went well above and beyond.

Just ordered my 4th pair of glasses from the Capital Hill store. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Derick was kind and efficient! Great prices as always!

My experience at Warby Parker Capitol Hill was wonderful. I came with my boyfriend and my dog and was greeted right away and directed on where to browse. Purchasing prescription glasses here are much more affordable than we thought and we’re very satisfied of the selection as well! The blonde lady (sorry i didnt get your name) who helped us was so patient, knowledgeable and made sure the frames i picked will fit me perfectly and I really appreciate that.

My cousin and I made the hour trip to come to this location and was not disappointed. We were greeted by Adam who was friendly and amazing our whole time there. I loved his honest opinions on helping choose frames and actually learned a few things about the company and things they offer. We spent about 2 hrs in store taking our time trying all different glasses and he did such a good job with helping us as well as other customers because they did get a bit of a rush while we were there. The store is clean and I love the selection of frames they have here. The only thing I wish is that they had eye exams available at this location. Other than that I’d definitely come back and if you decide to come here make sure to ask For Adam to help you!
