A huge shoutout to Jordan and Lindsay at the Capitol Hill Warby Parker. My glasses broke in half and I was panicking. Jordan and Lindsay were able to locate my frames and pop my lenses into the new frame so I didn't have to wait a few weeks for new glasses. I appreciate their kindness and care so much!

Warby Parker makes getting glasses so easy, and I’ve been really happy with the quality and style of their frames. My experience at the Bellevue store wasn’t the best—the staff felt a little rushed and not as helpful as I had hoped. On the other hand, the Capitol Hill store gave me excellent service. The team there really took their time to answer my questions and help me find the right fit, which made a huge difference. Between the great in-store experience at Capitol Hill and the convenience of their online ordering, I’d still recommend Warby Parker overall.

I'm a big fan of Warby Parker. Especially after the company that owns all the other places bought flexon glasses so they could stop making them and force me to buy cheaper plastic glasses.

A super quick, easy, and convenient way to get an updated prescription!

Called ahead to see if they accepted my insurance. They said yes. When I arrived, they informed me that they were unable to bill my insurance directly, but I could submit it for reimbursement. This is a pretty critical piece of information to leave out, and an obnoxious practice.

Had a really great experience here! Dr. Boparai was super personable and thorough, walking me through the whole appointment in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I also appreciated that I never felt rushed. When it came time to pick out glasses, the staff was equally great—everyone was friendly, approachable, and eager to help. Overall, I felt really comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely a pleasant visit from start to finish!

I grew up going to very humble clinics in an underdeveloped country, where the "exam room" meant a dusty lamp, a squeaky chair, and equipment that looked like it belonged in a museum exhibit called “Medicine in the Early XX Century.” Those visits always felt rushed, and I never walked away feeling like my eye health was taken care of appropriately. So my visit with Dr. Boparai at Warby Parker was a completely different experience. The equipment was modern, and everything ran smoothly—but what impressed me most wasn’t the technology. It was how I was treated. Dr. Boparai was patient, professional, and explained every step clearly. For the first time, I felt like I was being cared for with dignity, not just handed a prescription. I left with both glasses and contacts prescriptions in one visit. They will have them ready in a couple of weeks, so I am still waiting to discover what it’s like to finally see the world in perfect detail. The only part that makes me a little nervous is seeing my fiancé through new eyes… but hey, they say love is blind — and for years, so was I. Now I just hope that when I put these glasses on, my eyes still see what my heart always has. May the Lawd have mercy.

The eye exams were super convenient. Dr Bhoparai is great and was able to check my prescription and give recommendations for Dry eye treatment. Bear eye exams in Seattle!
