Outstanding customer service! Best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing eyeglasses, repairs (a few breaks I’ve had that were my fault and not a product defect), and overall care received for eyeglasses.

I’ve been here twice now and I was completely ignored both times, despite being the only customer in the store. Am I invisible? Sure feels like it. Update: Warby Parker responded and asked me to email them. I did and there’s been no response. I guess they just reply to negative Google reviews to act like they care, but in fact, it is a ruse. I wish I could give them negative stars over this.

Staff and optometrist were kind and helpful. Had an overall positive experience. However, I got shipped the wrong frame and prescription.

Read update below : Terrible horrible service today and I will never be back So we went from a fabulous experience to losing a customer Here is the initial review: Perfect would not even be a high enough word for my experience there today. It was amazing and the whole thing just made me feel happy! I got the most sophisticated eye exam I've ever had. They are totally high-tech and had multiple methods for assessing your eyes. Turns out I have macular degeneration as well as glaucoma... I'm glad to know that because it explains why it has become so fuzzy for me to see sometimes. I got a fabulous looking pair of glasses! Love them ! All the glasses are 95 bucks!! Pick what you like(So it makes it rather irrelevant if LensCrafters has them '50% off' because they cost so much in the first place) . I also like the ease of being able to schedule my appointment online, and do some very simple paperwork (so I didn't even have to go through 'that' when I arrived. They have literally every style and color of glasses you could imagine so that was fabulous! My eye exam was done by Dr. Amy Nguyen... And she was so skilled ! In addition, her personality was very warm. I really liked her attitude, knowledge, and cooperation. She was just perfect perfect! Also, Kay workef with me on the purchase of my glasses. I appreciated her honesty and ethics. I told her I wanted really light frames and she let me know that you can pay a small amount extra and actually get even thinner . Who would've thought that an eyeglass appointment and exam/ glasses would turn out to just be an outstanding experience at every level ? It was wonderful every step of the way ! Thank you, thank you ...thank you!!❤️ UPDATE: Given I had such an outstanding first time experience with Warby Parker I decided to buy an additional pair today. . Problem one : No one gave me any kind of friendly greeting or acknowledge my presence when I walked into the store . I walked to the counter and let them know that I wanted to buy an additional pair . The woman who sat there is named Liz . It would be a compliment to say that she had absolutely zero personality . She asked me my date of birth, which I find as private as my Social Security number (Let alone in front of strangers ) So we had to go through 'that' And she was devoid of respecting my privacy /Identity in public. I had to urgently use the restroom. She pointed her finger out into the general shopping mall that I should go there. I had no idea where to find a bathroom in this large mall. I told her it was very urgent and asked if I could use the one at the store. She said no. Ideally, she should have walked me to the front of the store and pointed to the closest place for a bathroom- But that would've actually taken some interpersonal skill and warmth. So I had to find one when things were so urgent: Finally located one on the second floor of Nordstrom's! This woman: Liz It's so lacking in personality and Customer Service that it's shocking that she could also be a manager! I felt so disrespected(And again, I don't want my birthdate... Gave her the year, but she wouldn't accept that.... Spoken out loud with four or five people around along with my name. But worst off the way I was treated was fully disrespectful of me as a customer... And it was obvious I had already purchased glasses there cause she was looking right at my file. So I left and will never be back. That is among the most detached and devoid interaction I've ever had walking into a store. She's more dead than alive. Isn't it something that you can go from feeling so excited about the wonderful experience the first time and have just one person completely destroy it?

Bryce and Shauna (sorry for the name butchering) were amazing! Efficient and friendly, helped me with a problem with my glasses.

Very unprofessional, unkind, and not hygienic. Came in for a re adjustment for my new pair of glasses, and the employee with chopped beach blonde hair/ round glasses just begins to bend the frames with his hands, not using the proper technique of warming the frames to bend the edges. After I had politely asked for it, they rudely dismissed me and gave me attitude while claiming that it makes no difference. Please go to a different location and close this one down!!!

Eye exam right where you get the best frames?! Yes please! I loved my whole experiences. The eye exam was quick and painless. Then I spent about an hour in the shop trying on loads of frames and found the perfect two. Thank you to the person who helped me adjust my sunglasses and HUGE thanks to Bryce for helping me choose fun frames and have fun while doing it. I also witnessed Bryce help another customer that had a more difficult transaction and they stayed calm and patient throughout the whole process. As a fellow retail workers, I appreciated seeing that happen. Thanks again to the whole team!

Coming to this location was beyond worth it! When it became apparent that my kids were excited to look around as I browsed the frames, Lisa pulled out children sizes for them (despite them not needing glasses lol) and encouraged them with patience and kind words. She did my full checkout as well as helping me find the perfect frames, and was honestly a total peach for the whole visit. I have full intentions of just going straight to this store again whenever I need new glasses, it was such a welcoming and calm location. 10/10 would recommend for anyone, and I don't even live nearby, so that's high praise! And definitely ask for Lisa! She was AWESOME.

This review is for the eye doctor office within Warby Parker. I have come to two different appointments and canceled both of them and walked out of the door both times being told two different things about billing insurance and how there are differences online. Not one human person at all CALLED to confirm the appointment or to confirm the insurance which would have avoided ALL of this, everything was done via text (and did not confirm insurance). I woukd not recommend wasting your time if you plan on coming here with insurance, make sure to call, confirm and talk to multiple people that they can bill directly and not out of pocket as they're happy to bill you and submit to your insurance and let you deal with the headache. Do not believe what the website tells you online, call and attempt to talk to someone.

Great service from Cianna while juggling multiple customers, and smooth handoff to Chris who made things super clear and closed the deal with no pressure. The Dr. Lu was also a pleasure to chat with and was thorough in the eye exam. New Warby customer (and new to even wearing glasses), and Warby has been great so far!
