Love getting glasses from Warby Parker. Not only are the associates super helpful and nice, they also have a great warranty for their glasses. Nice place to get an eye exam as well

Stopped in just to try on some frames, but ended up finding a pair that I really liked. The sales staff was so friendly and helpful, they guided me through the whole process to order the glasses without actually having my prescription there. They make it easy to just upload it from home to complete the transaction. I would highly recommend

Lennox is amazing!!! She helped adjust my glasses appropriately and honestly, her patience and professional is amazing! All staff including Lora (Hope I spelt that right) is just exceptional! I can’t say enough of how they are skilled, knowledgeable and have amazing customer service 🤗. I could go shopping there everyday if I had more money 🫠😂

Lennox and Alyssa were fantastic! They helped me find frames I liked that fit my face, and turned me from a "looker" to a buyer! I was educated on how frames are sized and the difference between regular and low-bridge (never knew that?). The store is clean and easy to shop. I wish there were more "funky" frames, but I did find a pair that was perfect for me. Thanks to these fantastic women for a fun shopping experience!

This was the first time I had been into a Warby Parker store. I had already looked online and did the try-on 5 frames at home thing. I had ordered contacts online and considered ordering glasses, but I wanted to try on more frames in the store and get another opinion about the size/shape on my face. There was pretty much every frame I saw online displayed in the store, and they had more when I asked about a style or color I didn't see sitting out. The staff were very helpful but not pushy or clingy. I was able to get my questions answered, and the guy kept checking back with me once in awhile as I contemplated different frames. He also gave input when I asked if frames were the right size for my face. He gathered my PD measurements to go with my prescription and placed my order for me. He said it's taking about two weeks to get glasses right now which will ship to me directly. I can also go in for free adjustments as needed once they arrive. Overall, it was a great experience in the store with helpful staff and an easy ordering process.

The store was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and succinct. Dr Leo was concise, listened, offered options and worked with my needs. Exam was concise, high tech, and efficient.

Just walked in to get my glasses maintenanced. The two at the front desk were absolutely lovely! Just complete positive energy and even taught me a few things about optometry. The store is lucky to have them

After trying online eyeglass shops, I learned that Warby Parker had a physical presence in the Hilldale Shopping Center and decided to give them a try. I found it much easier to select frames by looking around the store and trying them on. Also, the salesperson Lennox was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. No sales pressure, just good information. They also were able to to measure my pupil distance and focal center for my lenses. The store could use some acoustic treatment to cut down on background noise, but the service was excellent.

I’ve struggled when finding glasses, not necessarily certain looks but frames that actually fit my face. Warby Parker gives you multiple size options in most styles to get the right frame for your face. They have very stylish and modern options and the staff is so helpful and kind. Everyone was patient, inviting, and attentive during both my visits (first to browse then for an exam). Highly recommend going in and browsing if you like wearing glasses.

I ordered several pair of glasses, told they would come within 10 days (busy time of year, but manager added "expedited" to my order. I am still waiting? It has been 16 days, and I am still waiting.

What a great experience! Not as cheap as they once were, but still very affordable and a great selection. Laurel was terrific to work with and very helpful! Very friendly, not pushy, and my wife and I left very satisfied.

Fun frames, great service - especially Daisy. My visit was easy and enjoyable and staff was very knowledgeable on sizes, colors, and what works well for face shape, eye color, style ... as well as letting me search for what I was drawn to and suggesting a few along the way too.
