We have been customers for years and had fine experiences. The last two visits getting glasses for our 8 year old son we encountered a woman named Daisy and we’re not only unhappy, I have never written a review before and her actions inspired me. First she was rude and insulted my sons picks, then was super dismissive when I tried to lead her to say that the glasses he picked did in fact look good on him and said “If you say so” right to his nearly crying face. I was willing to chalk that one experience up to her having a bad bay even though he brought it up all week and it diminished not only his small excitement about getting glasses it also lead him to not believe in his pin style choices, but sadly we ended u with her again when we went to pick up the glasses. This time was not better than the first, my son did not want to go to the counter to try on his glasses in front of her( I don’t blame him) she then tried poorly to adjust the nose fusions and made them lopsided and told my 8 year old son one ear is higher than the other. I reminded her the other glasses he tried on 30 seconds before that didn’t have the nose adjustment didn’t sit lopsided and she rolled her eyes. I am so disappointed in this and I know it will stick with my sensitive kid for a long time to come.

Daisy was very helpful in finding new frames. She also repaired an older pair and got them wearable again. Thanks Daisy.

Loved my experience here, I've never ordered from a physical storefront before and it was great being able to try things on, get recommendations and feedback from the opticians, and see what all my options were. I came in for prescription sunnies but found a really cute pair of frames too!

I had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker today. I worked with Heidi. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and assisted me with my questions. Warby Parker has a wide selection of frames and I wear 'narrow" and can't find a lot of options in other stores. Today I bought both prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. I am very pleased.

Friendly service and expert advice.

Was met immediately after entering the store. Associate gave great advice as to where to look for the glasses I needed. Was very knowledgeable about what was available. Saved a lot of money.

Deplorable service. I ordered glasses two weeks ago. My Rx was requested from my optometrist and it has been sent multiple times. Warby Parker continues to send me emails stating there's a problem with my order and they haven't received the prescription. So... I called the Madison store to rectify this but guess what?!? Calls are routed to an overseas call center. And they will not connect me to the Madison store. So... I need to drive 2.5 hrs to the store to rectify this and cancel my order. This appears to be a crummy partially overseas company that masquerades as a local eyeglass store.

Great first experience. Staff were super knowledgeable about their products and very transparent about pricing. Also, just having enough staff on hand for all the customers in the store was key. No waiting around for your turn with 10 other people. Very willing to share opinions about best styles for my face without coming across as judgmental was refreshing.
